NY Federal and State judges do not follow laws consistently or even at all. Look at all the cases where they decide on the "law" and summarily dismiss. Such dismissals aren't allowed to be used as precedents, because they obviously conflict with the law as applied in other cases. In New York, a jury is a better decider of law than the crony-serving judge and the corrupt higher courts which rubber-stamp the lawless decisions.been therenoreply@blogger.com
