She sued in the Supreme court in Wasington. She claimed that it was not fair to basicaly hire and give money to get party support to run for Supreme court in N.Y.
They struck her down one of the opinions basically said coruption was okay because in New York it has been going on for years.
It was a good case even though the court ruled against her the
one that was right was MArgarita Lopez Torres.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4467242822928099777.post-66023216439352766462009-02-15T12:49:00.000-05:002009-02-15T12:49:00.000-05:00Many of NY's judges aren't really elected. She is an appointed judge, and then in the fraudulent, illegal and unconstitutional process the OCA uses, she was appointed an "acting supreme court justice." The constitution only allows the "temporary" assignment, yet the OCA makes these appointments which never end. The definition of "temporary" legally means for a limited time. Not indefinitely.

Anyone who wants to become a judge in the Supreme Court and can't get the nomination or win the election, knows that if they just run for a local office, they can always get in by the back door.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4467242822928099777.post-15962485391373752142009-02-15T08:54:00.000-05:002009-02-15T08:54:00.000-05:00Appointed judges by the corrupt bar will never ser...Appointed judges by the corrupt bar will never serve the people.
