Dead to their own independence and oath- only beholden to political hacks, not the rule of law.

If only more of the corrupt judges were carried out in handcuffs, the whole system would clean itself better.

It's disgraceful that honest judges have had to put up with the really rotten ones. Yes, there have always been rotten apples in the judiciary, but the barrel is getting quite over-populated with bad judges these days.

I blame the administrative judges, mostly.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4467242822928099777.post-19563323715628174332009-03-21T09:59:00.000-04:002009-03-21T09:59:00.000-04:00This seems all too familiar. It's the "me first" "I'm not accountable to anyone", mentality that so many of our politicians, government agencies and corporate leaders (and judiciary) that has gotten us into the mess we are in now.

It's unbelievable how these people create these problems, and then turn to the people they are supposed to be serving and expect them to bail them out.

They just don't get it.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4467242822928099777.post-85272958686204156062009-03-21T09:50:00.000-04:002009-03-21T09:50:00.000-04:00The system will remain out of touch because no one...The system will remain out of touch because no one wants to open any judicial PANDORA'S BOX!
They say these judges must stay on forever so they can make tough decisions without any type of future retribution or being yanked off the bench?
It looks to me that the only thing these old robes are accumulating is massive power to remain in a job to eternity...with no American able to challenge their legal or mental ability....unconstitutional in every way.
The state judiciaries are in agreement and work towards everything the federal judges are inclined to do, but the only reason the state judiciary dumps them at 70 is to give politicians the ability to create stronger and more respectable and continual power with younger judges.
Who wants to be aligned with a judge spewing dementia.
We need camera's in the federal courthouses for the public to view and the American citizenry needs to have the final say in all matters JUDICIAL.
They are serving us with salaries from our money to acheive justice for all... and we must be assured that possibly this most important government agency, serves us fully and appropriately and with fresh legal minds.

Open up the Federal Court System..today.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4467242822928099777.post-33428944411756580442009-03-21T09:43:00.000-04:002009-03-21T09:43:00.000-04:00These guys are kids. Just because you are wearing diapers doesn't mean you can interpret the law (if, of course, you can remember how to spell 'law').

It doesn't matter that you can't remember your name or what day (or century) it is. Judges need that full paycheck (diapers are very expensive these days), and family members want you out of the house.

People who can point to George Washington as a childhood friend deserve to pull a full federal paycheck as long as possible, even if they are brain dead.

ENTERED THIS DAY, THE DISORDER OF THE COURTAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4467242822928099777.post-10497473856133558752009-03-21T09:17:00.000-04:002009-03-21T09:17:00.000-04:00I can't stop laughing over the fact that some judg...I can't stop laughing over the fact that some judges are as old as the hills.
