Judicial Destruction...2 Sets of Books (case files) !!
Developing, troubling story...Sources: One Supreme Court Judge Law Clerk SCARED...nearly a dozen State employees seeking WHISTLE BLOWER status... Summary on right: " JUDICIAL DESTRUCTION" View some photographs obtained....details coming.....
As someone on the inside, I can tell you that the court files from chambers were destroyed to cover up evidence that an administrative judge, who I won't mention by name, was "fixing" cases by assigning/reassigning whole cases or individual motions to judges who had been previously "talked" to. The fear of "God" led to those files being thrown out. EVERYONE IN THE COURTHOUSE IS CORRCT TO BE AFRAID!!
I heard that the New York Times had 3 reporters investigating corruption in the Westchester County Courts. They were in White Plains for MONTHS. They FINISHED the story, and it was ready to be published. One phone call killed the story. Anyone know who made that phone call, and to whom????
Good question, disgusted. Ever notice how the Journal News never initiates an investigation or story on its own against crooked westchester courts, despite everyone talking about it. We only heard about the Pirro stories because OUTSIDE news sources broke the story! Who's calling the Journal News and killing the stories there?
Former Judge Garson in Brooklyn got caught on tape taking cash, if it happened there its going on all over the State. This is what we have for Judges. Cash talks everybody walks.
The Emperor is wearing no clothes
ReplyDeletelooking forward to the complete story...you guys/gals got good stuff
ReplyDeleteThere is only one reason their keeping two sets of "books" and that is to hide something.
ReplyDeleteHad the Surrogate's Court "lose" the file to try and stop an appeal. I know how this works.
ReplyDeleteIf there are so many good Judges why don't they stand up and turn over the bad brothers?
ReplyDeleteAs a pro se in NY County Surrogate's Court I know about the files getting lost trick first hand.
ReplyDeleteIf Diogenes went round looking for an honest member of the Judiciary today is there any wonder if he would find one?
ReplyDeletethere's the blue wall of silence and then the black wall of silence
ReplyDeleteone big kabel

ReplyDeleteHow many Judges, Clerks, et al. in the 9th JD are involved? Were other attorneys part of the crew?
ReplyDeletePeople inside are afraid and we are getting pressure. The weasels are at work.
ReplyDeleteDestruction of court records is a felony, even for Judges

ReplyDeleteare there any good Judges left to turn in the bad ones?
ReplyDeleteWhere do this people get their nerve?
ReplyDeletehow much money have these gangsters extracted from the divorce process, a time when emotions run high and participants are easily manipulated
ReplyDeletehope to see the "rest of the story" soon also would like to see these bums do the perp walk!
ReplyDeleteJudge Jan Plumadore should be looking at this situation and the effect of his memo.
ReplyDeleteNew York Post Editorial, March 7, 1995 said "...The Judiciary itself can't - or simply won't - police itself." So nothing has changed since then.
ReplyDeleteWhich Judges engage in ex-parte case fixing for financial gain?
ReplyDeleteNicolai at a meeting told other Judges that he never told them to fix anything - a fly on the wall.
ReplyDeletelawyer-judges are in the same club
ReplyDeleteWE ARE ALL SICK OF THIS CORRUPTION!!!!!
ReplyDeleteas part of this story which Judges have hidden histories of mental illness? Remember Sol Wachler? How many others?
ReplyDeleteFormer Judge Garson in Brooklyn got caught on tape taking cash, if it happened there its going on all over the State. This is what we have for Judges. Cash talks everybody walks.
ReplyDeleteyou only have a small part of this...what is going on inside the courthouse is crazy...keep going there is a whole lot more
ReplyDeleteyou said it man, only a small part...i'm in the midst of this sorta thing now...
ReplyDeleteevidence gone missing, show cause motions 'lost', editing of transcripts, 60 day rule on pending motions ignored...
where does one turn for justice... how does one effectively expose this sorta stuff...
