  4. Had the Surrogate's Court "lose" the file to try and stop an appeal. I know how this works.

  9. As someone on the inside, I can tell you that the court files from chambers were destroyed to cover up evidence that an administrative judge, who I won't mention by name, was "fixing" cases by assigning/reassigning whole cases or individual motions to judges who had been previously "talked" to. The fear of "God" led to those files being thrown out. EVERYONE IN THE COURTHOUSE IS CORRCT TO BE AFRAID!!

  13. I heard that the New York Times had 3 reporters investigating corruption in the Westchester County Courts. They were in White Plains for MONTHS. They FINISHED the story, and it was ready to be published. One phone call killed the story. Anyone know who made that phone call, and to whom????

  14. Good question, disgusted. Ever notice how the Journal News never initiates an investigation or story on its own against crooked westchester courts, despite everyone talking about it. We only heard about the Pirro stories because OUTSIDE news sources broke the story! Who's calling the Journal News and killing the stories there?

  20. New York Post Editorial, March 7, 1995 said "...The Judiciary itself can't - or simply won't - police itself." So nothing has changed since then.

  26. Former Judge Garson in Brooklyn got caught on tape taking cash, if it happened there its going on all over the State. This is what we have for Judges. Cash talks everybody walks.
