Violante weighs decision on charges against Broderick
The Buffalo News - March 17, 2010
LOCKPORT, NEW YORK—Niagara County District Attorney Michael J. Violante said Tuesday he has read the state comptroller’s audit of former County Treasurer David S. Broderick’s performance as an estate administrator and will make a public announcement at a later date on whether he will pursue criminal charges against Broderick. In a letter last year to Amherst attorney Teresa Snyder, whose complaints about Broderick’s handling of her mother’s estate led to the audit, Violante wrote that he found no criminal conduct in that case. However, the audit released Friday focused on 15 other estate cases. Broderick, 71, resigned as county treasurer in January after 37 years in office and was succeeded by Kyle R. Andrews, who was appointed by Gov. David A. Paterson to fill the vacancy.
As always, follow the money. And this mutt was playing corrupt games for 37 years!?!?!
ReplyDeleteWestchester has the same thing. These blood suckers have to be exposed. The DA here in Westchester indicts no one unless her husband tells her to do so. So we have no one to do the job since all the connected ones are protecting one another. Good Old Corrupt Westchester - Estates are easy money!
ReplyDeleteIt is always about the money. That's where the big corruption is!!
ReplyDeleteIn Orange County the DA's Office refuses to investigate the corrupt judges and law guardians rigging cases in particular cases where children are been sold in child custody cases for child sexual exploitation. Like the case of Bernadette E. Lupinetti, Esq. fixing cases for children to be sexually exploited.
ReplyDeleteDear Andrew Cuomo:
ReplyDeletePlease indict these corrupt Surrogate Judges using Penal Law #195 Official Misconduct. Andrew, you have a Pubic Integrity unit authorized by Governor Paterson under the NY Constitution. No more excuses, Andrew; you have a duty to prosecute. Andrew, please convene Grand Juries in each NY County and ask all County citizens to come and tell the Grand Jury of their abuse by the Court and lawyers. Make the Grand Jury's aware of Penal Law #195
Or try honesty and decency and just resign and end your governor ambitions, because your sympathy with corrupt lawyers and judges, unliked by the voters. Indict or resign is your the honest choice.

ReplyDeleteDear Andrew Cuomo,
Please include the Kelley Estate, Niagara County
see how they escalate fees, make up procedures and have meetings apparently by themselves all to cost the heirs and you will never get a proper accounting.
See how they enter slander libel and defamtion just to harm the witness to crimes committed by the County/State of New York.
See how they change dates to make it look like they were not in contempt of court a year before trial date, while fees escalted!
arrest that Deputy who took those cars with no proper receipts......
ReplyDeleteas Broderick said he does not know anyone credible in his response!
See how Brodericks response follows the same false statements made by the self-appointed executors in the Kelley Estate!
when you indict them just make up laws, like they are not in 'ABEYANCE', you know make it cost them!
ReplyDeletethe good thing about Niagara County there actually are good people who will turn the corrupt bastards in! thanks for your help in the good vs evil empire!
ReplyDeleteThomas DiNapoli you are respectfully honored!

ReplyDeleteWe the citizens of New York State ask for our useless agencies to be investigated and shut down for their uselessness and cover up scheme to defraud the citizens of New York State & the New York State Court System.
ReplyDeleteWe also ask for a "Federal Monitor and hotline where the citizens may contact a federal entity to present evidence and allegations of violations of federal laws within and about the New York State Police and Court System."

We pay these "Public Screwers" for what? Fire them all! The budget would be balanced on that alone!
