  1. So New York's widespread corruption of its legal system is known to the White House and Holder? And nothing is being done?

  2. Am I reading that article and links correctly?

The White House has been specifically reading this blog and knows about all the corruption that is going on?

They didn't just happen upon this, they searched for it and made repeated visits.

This is more shocking than just assuming that the DOJ and FBI are ignoring what goes on. Here is proof that they have been seeking out and tracking this stuff, and then ignoring it.

  3. New York is the center of the universe for crime. One can only wonder when the FBI offices in NY will be cleaned out in a similar way as to what happen in Boston after Whitey? The Boston office is now clean, New York is not.

  4. "So New York's widespread corruption of its legal system is known to the White House and Holder? And nothing is being done?"

you're absolutely right... nothing is being done...

i was just told yesterday by Angela Parks at the Department of Justice Civil Rights Division, the person who my matter was (finally) assigned to... after over 2 months of attempting to ascertain the status of a Complaint filed with the DOJ, (http://departmentofjusticecomplaint.blogspot.com/) that "they don't handle things like this", and "that i should get a lawyer"...

this is incredible given the statement on the DOJ's Civil Rights Division page (http://www.justice.gov/crt/about/crm/242fin.php) that says...

DEPRIVATION OF RIGHTS UNDER COLOR OF LAW

    Summary:

Section 242 of Title 18 makes it a crime for a person acting under color of any law to willfully deprive a person of a right or privilege protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States.
For the purpose of Section 242, acts under "color of law" include acts not only done by federal, state, or local officials within the their lawful authority, but also acts done beyond the bounds of that official's lawful authority, if the acts are done while the official is purporting to or pretending to act in the performance of his/her official duties. Persons acting under color of law within the meaning of this statute include police officers, prisons guards and other law enforcement officials, as well as judges, care providers in public health facilities, and others who are acting as public officials. It is not necessary that the crime be motivated by animus toward the race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status or national origin of the victim.

the relevant statute (also appearing on their web page) says:

    TITLE 18, U.S.C., SECTION 242

    Whoever, under color of any law, statute, ordinance, regulation, or custom, willfully subjects any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District to the deprivation of any rights, privileges, or immunities secured or protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States, ... shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both;

yet, after years of fighting this judicial corruption, i was told that they don't handle things like this...

i hope they didn't think that that would be the end of this matter...
all it does is give me more work to do... more motivation... i'm already preparing for the next round of litigation in the federal courts...

i'm in this for the long fight... and
i hope that they're reading this blog now...

  5. Just a thought.

There have been a couple of articles in the past few days about Holder's having to appear before congress about “Fast and Furious” and that congress is about to hold him in contempt.

There are a number of members of that committee that maybe worth contacting including: Sen. Charles Grassley (R-Iowa, Rep. Darrell Issa (R-Calif.)Sen. John Cornyn (R-Texas)who are not fans of Holder and want him out.

  7. Surprise: Corruption in NY Courts is known at the White House and at Justice Department and nothing is done. Whitey Bulger was protected in First Circuit and NY judges/courts are still protected in Second Circuit. Eric Holder where are you? Covering up gun running is more important? Wall Street pays off Schumer and Obama for protection. What is the payoff received to cover up NY Court corruption?

  8. I'm so proud of another New York trying to embarrass the President of the United States..... first Bernie Kerik and now Jonathan Lippman. Does Bernie have an empty bed in his federal prison cell?

  9. I have e-mailed the White House about my civil rights lawsuit and have tweeted Cuomo and Schumer often, as well as e-mailed them just as much!
OCA'S corruption is not unknown to Washington, the FBI or the NY politicians... like the Senator or the Governor..who by the way defended the Judicial system as the AG..knowing legally that what OCA did was more than a blatant violation of several criminal laws and civil rights actions.
So this story is way out there..and the facts shocking....and the DOJ told me the same crap in 2006..we don';t handle judicial corruption and we don't know who does.
American and NY judicial corruption is coming to a head..the internet and this blog have been tremendous catalysts..people know and ask me constantly about it..so get the word out..blog, tweet whatever..this has to be exposed publicily and not kept behind closed Washington doors!

  10. Oh, this is great. Our entire nation is being controlled by New York gangsters- corrupt NY gangsters.

  11. Whoever told Anonymous " we don';t handle judicial corruption and we don't know who does" was accurate, naive and incompetent.

If its civil corruption our 'independent' branch of government is supposed to handle it. If it's criminal corruption, Executive Branch is supposed to handle it.

'The Peoples' problem is NO ONE KNOWS or has the Balls to investigate and determine the difference

    ReplyDelete
  12. 21:09 Please, what is this independent branch of government? Is it imaginary? Persons at both the Department of Justice and at the FBI told me they will not handle judicial corruption even if criminal acts (attempted murder, fraud, etc., not just violations of civil liberties) are involved.

    ReplyDelete
  13. No it's real. However, it only asserts its independence when other branches, including the People, want to peek inside and see how its disciplining its 'immune' officers. Then it pops back into the turtle shell

  15. #Obama No "RULE OF LAW" = NO VOTE From Me In 2012.. DOJ says "they don't handle these things" http://departmentofjusticecomplaint.blogspot.com/ told to "get a lawyer"

my tweet to the administration this morning..

The economy, although pressing, is but only one aspect that the President needs to "reset"... In 2009 he promised that "Rule Of Law Will Be The touchstone Of This Administration"... Two days ago, after over two months of waiting, my Complaint to the Department of Justice (http://departmentofjusticecomplaint.blogspot.com/) was finally assigned to someone, who proceeded to tell me that "we don't handle these sorta things" here, and that I should "get a lawyer"... On the DOJ Civil Rights Division web page it says:"DEPRIVATION OF RIGHTS UNDER COLOR OF LAWSummary:Section 242 of Title 18 makes it a crime for a person acting under color of any law to willfully deprive a person of a right or privilege protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States." ... yet, inexplicably, i was told that they "don't handle things like this" in response to my "deprivation under color of law" Complaint.Something is very wrong here... If this President won't live up to his promise of Rule Of Law, he won't get my vote this go round.--Michael A. Hense is Searching For Rule Of Law In America

my posting on ABC World News this morning...

do your part... get the word out... let em know that WE'RE MAD AS HELL, AND WE'RE NOT GONNA TAKE IT ANYMORE... OUR LIVES HAVE MEANING!

  16. The DOJ has been posting on twitter constantly about the cases they handled with great success..all were in the mid west and easy wins..politically correct blah, blahs.
I repeatedly asked them about my case and their refusal to handle it...all open to the world as I told others how they ignore most viable and important cases..but are now bragging on twitter about a few simple legal successes.
The DOJ did not like it and I no longer see their posts..they may have removed me from their tweets.
I suggest everyone follow them on twitter and hold them responsible for their feeble legal public screw overs!
All people that work there that I spoke to were women and minorities..which is no problem if it wasn;t for the fact that they use these protected classes to instill fear into them relative to their jobs..I saw OCA use this method for decades!
That is why you never get to the WHITE men who really deal with the issues that they must ethically handle.
FEAR from women about being fired keeps these men isolated..a reality with little progress when you sue under Title vii..as Federal Ct tossess these cases to the OMG not them again.. circular file status!
People must get on all social media sites, esp if they reach the world and tell all about the NY Ct stories and the judges in both courts behavior within them..include drugs, alcohol and sex!

    THE LAW

The Constitution of the State of New York provides for the 106*106 removal of judicial officers by three methods: (1) impeachment by the Assembly and conviction by the Senate (art VI, § 24); (2) removal by the Senate on recommendation of the Governor for cause, after notice of the charges and an opportunity to be heard (art VI, § 23; Judges of the Court of Appeals and Justices of the Supreme Court may be removed by concurrent resolution of both houses); and (3) removal by the Court on the Judiciary, for cause, the most commonly used method. In describing the latter method of removal, subdivision a of section 22 of article VI provides as follows: "a. Any judge or justice of any court in the unified court system may be censured, suspended or removed for cause, including, but not limited to, misconduct in office, persistent failure to perform his duties, habitual intemperance and conduct, on or off the bench, prejudicial to the administration of justice, or retired for mental or physical disability preventing the proper performance of his judicial duties after due notice and hearing as hereinafter provided."

  19. It's interesting how with Obama's announcement this week about allowing "illegal" immigrants to stay, no one has said anything about his having taken an oath of office to uphold ALL the laws of the US.

Considering he is a lawyer and is supposed to be an expert on the Constitution, it should be shocking to every legal citizen that he is even doing this. But what is equally shocking, is that no one has challenged him on this.

He should be spending his time on making sure that every citizen is guaranteed their legal and constitutional rights. But it now seems clear, that the laws and the constitution doing mean diddly-squat to him.

    ReplyDelete
  20. Since the NY and Federal Court systems have tossed the constitution into the trash BEYOND ALL RECOGNITION.. why condemn the President for doing something admirable and not criminal as the justice systems do regularly without anyone checking their constitutional abuses!
As far as twitter is concerned..it reaches thousands of people who do not read or deal with the legal systems all over the world and therebye ups their awareness.
Awareness leads to knowledge and knowledge is power!
And as far as your constant violent ramblings about shooting people, I have a question..is that some act for someone else to perform..while you watch?.
Never could figure out your violent comments on here!

This issue was not handled and ignored. By the Bush admits ration ..the FBI,the DOJ the EEOC etc said they don!t handle judicial corruption in NY state..actually the FBI had proof of corruption in their hands In 2006 and Put it down stating we are not dealing with this...right in front of me! .....All duringthe Bush years.
So I guess this issue is a problem of Washington politics forever and no Pres. Is willing to address.
Besides..why can!t the Pres. Fund raise..we have to keep that freak Romney away from the majority of sensible middle class Americans...he can go where ever he wants too as long as Romney does not get to ruin this country!

  24. @5:04 Did you know Bush's Attorney General Mukasey was chosen by Schumer as a reach across-the-aisle gesture? Mukasey was Chief Judge of the Southern District and was well acquainted with NY court corruption. Mukasey did nothing as Chief Judge and nothing as AG about NY court corruption. Did you know Paulson, Bush's Treasury Secretary who created TARP, was appointed by Bush as Schumer's choice? Bush was stupid, but Obama is already acting as a dictator. What dictator ever had honest courts? Have you been told you're the wrong race for civil rights by Holder's DOJ? If you're Black should you vote the provider of 50% young Black unemployment? If you're not Black, should you vote for the candidate who's AG and Justice Department say you're a second class citizen without civil rights? Throw all the bums out, regardless of labels:especially Schumer and his hand puppet.

  26. With the Rajat Gupta Insider Trading case conviction I hope all of you realize and accept that we Jews are in complete and total control of this country and this planet. We are the Landowners and you are the Peasants. Nothing has changed since the days of open slavery. When we want to throw you in jail we get our House Niggers at Child Protective Services or the Police Department to arrest you, detain you, or accuse you of something. If we want you dead we use our Upper House Niggers who are Court Administrators or Judges at Courts or our more Educated House Niggers at the Taxing Authorities to bankrupt you. We do all this when our Chief Rabbi says we can do this after we appeal to him for his help. Give it up - all your women, sisters, mothers and daughters are our cockslut slaves and all of you men are our slaves working to make us even more money. Ron Paul, the only man that could have saved you from bondage, is never going to get elected - face it - slavery is already here and you are living in an illusion if you really think you are free. But that illusion will also be coming down soon, believe me.

  31. How does this make the NY Post front page?

"NJ ex-wives say divorce judge favors rich hubbies"

    It’s divorce, Jersey style.

A band of angry ex-wives from the moneyed suburbs of the Garden State are joining forces to bring down Monmouth County Judge Paul Escandon, who they claim favors their rich and sometimes crooked hubbies — in one case, giving a confessed mob killer custody of his three kids."

"At least 10 women told The Post that Escandon has a mysterious beef against the opposite sex, in many cases shutting them out of their marital homes, reducing them to poverty, and taking their kids away from them."

"“Before I began in Monmouth County Court, I had some hope in the fairness of the system,” she wrote in a letter to the governor. “I no longer believe in the fairness and believe that my children and I have been victimized even further in this process.”
State judicial officials are considering a probe of Escandon, and two of the women said they have been contacted by the FBI."

This guy sounds like he took his training in NY. This, and worse, has been going on forever. Good luck with contacting the FBI. They forgot to try the DOJ. Wait until they find out that the system is fixed.

One thing they are right about, and that it's all about money. Good for them for at least attracting some attention to this pervasive corruption.

Maybe NY and NJ should get together and put an end to this corruption.

  32. The above (8:38 AM) comment sounds like a replay of Judge M. Diamond in Manhattan a few years back. Hey, the NY Post covered her very well, but she got a free pass from the 'System' since it wouldn't look good having Judges going to the Jail House. This Jersey Judge has something going on on the side, trust me there's cash involved.

    ReplyDelete
  33. Judge Paul Escandon has been assigned by Judge Lawson to ANOTHER year on the bench in Family Court in Monmouth County. This is rediculous. How many women have to come forward and talk about Judge Escandon's bias and illegal rulings before someone takes this criminal acting judge off the bench for good?

    ReplyDelete
  34. In Jersey, judges are allowed to appoint/assign other judges to the bench?

Seems odd. You should look into how your state Constitution specifies judges obtain their positions and thus jurisdiction.

    ReplyDelete
  35. The sad part of why the courts do not pay attention to women complaining of bias by male or female judges is because the JUDICIAL SYSTEMS DO NOT PUT ANY WEIGHT ON FEMALE DISCRIMINATIONS!

There are several lawsuits against the NY court system relative to treatment from discrimination or divorce etc issues, and these suits are all with female pltfs.

The NY Cts view women as weak and extremely vulnerable to attacks by them..which are brutal..using several types of crimes and conduct..that it is completely ridiculous for OCA to ever consider women's complaints as threatening relative to judicial ethics or crimes.

They know they can scare most women away or force them into perjury against other women complaining..and they have done exactly that!

The COURTS are male administered with periodic female heads who cower and suck up to men (Kaye)..and certain cultures are definitely used as the heavy handed abusers, as the courts are loaded with them at the top and we all are aware of who these people are..it is only the truth!

Until women stand up against the court systems in large numbers..nothing will happen..OCA will continue to blast all the single filers of lawsuits with their shocking un-American domestic terroism..all with the approval or ignorance of the FBI, Washington Government, DOJ and any other acronyms that America has devised in its claim that they have created an agency that spews justice!@?

    ReplyDelete
  36. Judge Paul Escandon makes up his own laws, sides with whomever has deep pockets, ignores evidence and takes children away from perfectly fit and loving mothers to help men evade child support. Judge Escandon also emancipates young teenagers in an effort to help men evade child support. What kind of family court system is New Jersey running? This is horrific and with so many women telling their stories of victimization and abuse by Judge Escandon one can only wonder why no one is doing anything. What has to happen to get this corrupt judge off the bench in Monmouth County Family Court?

PLEASE come and support these women who are speaking out against Judge Paul Escandon's unethical and illegal actions on the bench. We have invited the MEDIA and they will be there reporting on this peaceful protest. We will have our voices heard and we will speak out against Judge Escandon abusing his power on the bench and Judge Lawson allowing him to do so. Make up your signs and come to the protest! "Judge Lawson do you job" "Judge Escandon stop victimizing women" "Monmouth County is the Wild West of New Jersey" and "Judge Escandon step down off the bench, no one wants you"

  40. If the American people knew that the Office of Child Support Enforcement ("OSCE") receives 25% of every dollar they collect in Child Support from browbeaten impoverished and bankrupted non-custodial fathers, they would quickly disband the entire organization.

This 25% collection fee literally creates an incentive for the OSCE to violate and break the law, their Attorneys to break Ethics Rules, Criminals to steal your case files in court clerk filing rooms, sabotage, murder, theft, extortion, blackmail, unlawful and unconstitutional property seizure, illegal prohibitions on your right to travel, and much much more.

To go against them, is to go against a multi-billion dollar criminal enterprise industry which uses the natural love we have for our children against us, as blood-money extortion to get more money out of us.

They are more ruthless and dangerous than the Mafia, or Cosa Nostra.

The FBI and the US District Courts need to build a federal case against OCSE and indict them under the Racketeering Influenced Corrupt Organization ("RICO") Act, but they never will, because the federal government doesn't eat its own.

    They are all fucking criminals.
