New York Ethics Scandal Grows to Third Related Federal Case (MORE, CLICK HERE)

U.S. Federal District Court Judge Shira A. Scheindlin has now approved a third related case in the New York attorney ethics scandal. The latest ruling, entered Monday, January 14, 2008, is Esposito v. The State of New York. (SDNY 07cv11612)

The Esposito case joins Anderson v. The State of New York, which unearthed the apparent long-held practice of cover-ups and whitewashing of complaints against favored attorneys at the Manhattan based attorney Departmental Disciplinary Committee.

The Esposito ruling follows the January 11, 2008 announcement that the 1.5 Billion dollar Iviewit lawsuit, known throughout the world in technical, intellectual property circles as "Patentgate," had also been ruled by Judge Scheindlin as related to the Ethics Scandal. (SDNY Bernstein v. Appellate Division First Department Departmental Disciplinary Committee)

Other filings attempting to be designated by Judge Scheindlin as 'related' to the ethics scandal are expected soon.

Federal Magistrate Judge Douglas F. Eaton has also been assigned to all three cases.

Stay tuned....more to come soon....This is History is the making: Tammany Hall II

  1. Three lawsuits already and all of this this has been going on right under Judge Judith Kaye's nose. This must be some kind of a Joke or the Office of Court Administration and the State of New York has some serious problems.

  2. The sysyem has failed both Luisa Esposito and Christine Anderson on all levels. There is no way Allen Issac should be able to get away with his criminal behavior which the State Court should address. Anyone involved in any official capacity who protected Allen Issac should be indicted. Clean up each and everyone of these criminal, unlawful, discriminatory, politically influenced agencies and individuals.

  3. Judge Kaye knows more than we think but her goal before she goes is not to clean the system but to get pay increase to the rats

  4. Judy Kaye has been both aware and a participant in court corruption since the mid 1990's. I have had federal court proceedings with OCA in 1993 and 2005 and she has been well aware of my allegations of illegal and corrupt behavior! This is not new to her or OCA...it just has not been reported in NYC or the 2005 case in WNY, except for a small blurb in the criminal happenings section in this area. THE BUFFALO NEWS HAS TONS OF INFORMATION ABOUT BOTH CASES AND THEY ARE HIDING IT ALL FROM THE NY TAXPAYER....so they may continue to have an office to report from WITHIN THE NYC APPOINTED ADMINISTRATIVE JUDGE SHARON TOWNSEND'S COURT BUILDING! So don't think these filings are new to OCA..it just happens to be new to NYC!

  10. Why hasn't Eliot or Andrew done anything?

  11. Not only Eliot and Andrew, but how about the media around ny state and the world. NYC IS A MAJOR CITY AND NY IS A VERY LARGE, POPULAR AND VITLAL STATE, ESP TO THE MIDDLE EAST AND THE WORLD IN GENERAL...SO WHY IS NO ONE CONCERNED THAT THE SACRED JUDICIAL SYSTEM OF NY IS SHOT AND TOTALED! DOES THIS NOT MAKE US A TARGET FOR THE WORLD, WHEN CORRUPTION OF THIS ENTITY IS MANIFESTED IN SUCH A VILE MANNER, BY SO MANY IN THE KNOW? I HAVE WARNED SO MANY WHO COULD REPORT THIS WITH FACTS AND CORRECT IT WITH PUBLICITY...AND NO RESPONSE. THE BLOOD OF THIS SYSTEM AND THE DAMAGE CAUSED BY ANYONE INTERESTED IN DOING SO, IS ON THE HANDS OF ALL OF THE ABOVE AND I WILL BE THE FIRST TO CALL IT OUT WHEN THE CRAP HITS THE FAN!!

  14. I have not been a victim of the whoremaster Allen Issac. I'm from the old school, if that had happened to me my son would have given him a beatdown.

I've been the victim of attys financially doing their deals between themselves and the Judges.

  16. when I complained to the Attorney, he laughed at me, told him I would file a complaint against him with the First Dept. and he laughted harder. He told me not to waste my time since he knew people and nothing would happen. He was correct. I recall that a Hal Lieberman told me that my complaint was denied. Where do you go for Justice?

  17. 10:42--JUSTICE...That's a Joke..There is no Justice. If you report it, they call in favors, and it gets squashed, and you get the run-around until you drop dead of mental exhaustion,or you just get laughted at. The Courts are corrupt, the DA's Office is corrupt, the Police are corrupt. Just read Esposito, Anderson, and Bernstein's Federal Complaints, that says it all.
