  5. BIG NEWS...
FRANK, PLEASE DO THE RIGHT THING AND POST THIS IN BIG LETTERS!!!!!!

"SAMPSON BRINGS DOWN THE TEMPLE OF THE PHILISTINES, (BUT THIS TIME HE LIVES TO TELL THE STORY!!!!")

Elena Sassower and I had a conference with Sampson last Friday.

Who did we find there, in the middle of Bedford Stuyvesant? Our old friend ROBERT TEMBECKJIAN!!!!!!

Bob was apparently in the neighborhood shopping, and decided to drop in on the Senator.

WHAT THE DEVIL WAS TEMBECKJIAN DOING VISITING SENATOR SAMPSON????

Leaving a little "package" for doing such a good job at the confirmation? Giving him his next assignment? Why drive out to the wasteland of Bed Stuy, when you can make a phone call or send an email? Is Tembeckjian afraid his phone is being tapped???

Oh it is, Bob, it is.

Elena and I had a nice chat with Mr Tembeckjian until he saw that I was recording the conversation, then he ran out of the office like his pants were on fire.He didn't say anything compromising but the recording proves that he was at Sampson's office, which will be difficult to explain to the Grad Jury. I have sent the recording to four people who have no relation to this "group", so it is safe and sound.

The meeting with Senator Sampson was astounding. The senator appeared to be sincerely shocked to hear that Lippman is a crook. He claims that he did not receive the dozens of documents sent to him by me and many others offering irrefutable proof of Lippman's crimes and improprieties.

Believe it or not, I choose to believe him. Perhaps his assistant Tim Spotts is a plant who has withheld the urgent messages? Perhaps Sampson is so preoccupied with his district office concerns and the huge workload of being a senator that he devoted far less attention to the confirmation than he should have?

Perhaps he receives a thousand emails a day, and simply doesn't read them?

Perhaps Sampson was unwittingly set up as the fall guy by Tembeckjian, Lippman and their thugs?

Perhaps he knows he's doing wrong but didn't appreciate the scope of the corruption he's a part of...or the consequences? I don't think Sampson wants his reputation destroyed, and I don;t think he wants to share a cell with Blogojevitch and Burris.

Tembeckjian doesn;t care about his reputation, because everybody knows he's a thug. He just doesn't want anybody with power to care. (Oooooh is he in for a surprise)

As damning as the circumstances seem to be, I suggest we all give Sen. Sampson the benefit of the doubt.

The Senator now faces an unenviable choice of acting against his degenerate "masters", or to admit to everybody that he is complicit in the greatest Judicial fraud in New York history.

(Unlike Tembeckjian, Mr. Samson has to be re-elected, and the good people of Brooklyn are not going to appreciate his complicity with the man who fired Christine Anderson for whistleblowing, on the racist scum at the DDC, among other things.)

If he turns against his "masters", Senator Sampson could become one of the greatest heroes in the state's history. He could single handedly bring down the decades old edifice of corruption: the NY State Judiciary.

If he fails to act on the stacks of evidence he has been given, he will go down as one of the State's most miserable cowards, the man who could have saved the state, and didn't.

Sampson of the Bible was blinded by the Philistines before being made into a slave and made to perform tricks for them. I suggest that Senator Sampson was blinded Tembeckjian and Sheldon Silver, so that he could not see the evidence literally in front of his eyes.

Now if our Sampson brings down the edifice of corruption, it is up to US to make sure it doesn't crush him along with his masters, as when Sampson of old brought down the Philistine temple.

I say support Senator Sampson and help give him his strength back. Whatever his complicity has been up to this point, he can now redeem himself and the State in one act of Biblical proportion.

    ****************************

I had a meeting this evening with one of the top producers at "60 minutes" who has also produced segments for "Frontline". He is VERY interested in the story, and is looking for the best "angle".

I say the "angle" is Sampson the Hero, Sampson the avenger, Sampson the redeemer!

Sampson brings down the Temple, but this time he lives to tell the story!!!!!

FROM THE BOOK OF JUDGES: 16.4

" While they were in high spirits, the Philistines shouted, "Bring out Samson to entertain us." So they called Samson out of the prison, and he performed for them.

When they stood him among the pillars, Samson said to the servant who held his hand, "Put me where I can feel the pillars that support the temple, so that I may lean against them." Now the temple was crowded with men and women; all the rulers of the Philistines were there, and on the roof were about three thousand men and women watching Samson perform. Then Samson prayed to the LORD, "O Sovereign LORD, remember me. O God, please strengthen me just once more, and let me with one blow get revenge on the Philistines for my two eyes." Then Samson reached toward the two central pillars on which the temple stood. Bracing himself against them, his right hand on the one and his left hand on the other, Samson said, "Let me die with the Philistines!" Then he pushed with all his might, and down came the temple on the rulers and all the people in it. Thus he killed many more when he died than while he lived."

SENATOR SAMPSON, THE PEOPLE OF NEW YORK STATE SALUTE AND SUPPORT YOU!!!!

    MAKE US PROUD!!!!

  6. It's not too smart advertising any connection with 60 minutes. Talk about losing the moment, and the interest of 60 minutes, who doesn't do stories about Impotentia coeundi.

Whiskey Dicks should remember Desiderata...."Go placidly amid the noise and the haste, and remember what peace there may be in silence. As far as possible without surrender be on good terms with all persons. Speak your truth quietly and clearly; and listen to others, even to the dull and the ignorant, they too have their story. Avoid loud and aggressive persons, they are vexations to the spirit....Exercise caution in your business affairs, for the world is full of trickery. But let not this blind you to what virtue there is; many persons strive for high ideals, and everywhere life is full of heroism. Be yourself.

  7. I do not believe that anyone in NY state will be the judicial corrector or savior...including this well touted Sampson!
I called this man..only to see if he calls me back and the bug I put in his ear...freaks him out.
I again state.... that only the MEDIA and the FEDS can explore and fumigate this judicial situation, to create even a scintilla of what we could call a Judicial System.
The mere fact that Sampson was with Tembeckjian for any reason....raises my suspicions and negates him as an able assistor.
All NEW YORK politicians are out,as they are complete losers and absolutely not trustworthy.
Frank..do you have any NY-- beatified saints... we can turn to?
Frank...you perform such a magnificant and tireless job...but we must move away from all NY state government officials!

  8. I pray that Sen. Sampson is not tainted but I fear otherwise

  9. To Desiderata,

I've always loved your work, but there a hundred "angles" to this story, and my contact is considering a few. This is good news, believe me.

    My contact is rock solid.

Am I the "Whiskey Dick"? Is that a bad thing to be?

Please clarify. Does anybody know what the heck Desiderata is talking about? He's over my head.

In any case, what I'm saying is that Sampson may be corrupt, or he may be naive, or he may be something else.

    The jury is out.

Whatever he is, he will come to be known as a hero or a chump.

Folks like Tembeckjian, Lippman, Blogoyevitch, Madoff, Dreier and Bruno got away with crimes for so long that they believed they were invulnerable.

In the latter's cases this has proved a dangerous illusion.

Sampson is coming of political age in the period when three of those five are in jail or about to be, and the rest scared for the first time in a while.

I believe he is smart enough to see which way the wind is blowing. He also has more years left to spend in jail then the others.

As the Madoff and simialr cases unfold, people will realize that corruption had a lot to do with the unravelling of the economy and they will start hanging people from lamp posts like Mussolini.

    60m gets this, believe me.

    Best,

    Will

  10. Where is Saint Andrew, the Patron Saint of crooked lawyers and judges? Is he crying under his rock, because he just realized he is the AG of the people. Imagine his agony: do I harm the crooked lawyers and judges, who pray to me as their patron saint, or do I do my job and obey my oath to the people of NY? Saint Andrew pray to your higher authorityor better yet to God.

  11. Still waiting for Sampson's call. This loser knows all about the judicial corruption and attempted to state he didn't. What's worse..a politician that doesn't say he knows massive and blatant corruption exists...or one who outright lies and actual states he doesn't know and will take calls to establish it's truthfulness and deal with it.
Sampson is as negative to me, as our Governor is...and needs to be dismissed from any further contact or consideration.
