  1. There better be more than one judge. I guess it's the start of an avalanche. I blame the governor and Lippman. They too have to go.

    ReplyDelete
  2. Forget about blaming Lippman. How about Lippman being arrested too?

    ReplyDelete
  3. Hey Chuckie Schumer, why are you so silent on all this corruption in New York State?

    ReplyDelete
  4. It should be fun to see how this plays out. Cuomo has his head in the sand, though he mumbles about how great everything is in his commercials. Meanwhile, Lippman, Silver, Lopez, Sampson- and countless other state leaders- keep outdoing each other in making asses out of themselves and the citizens of NY. Let's get some honorable people back in charge. How about Eliot Spitzer and Anthony Weiner?

  5. Sen. Schmucker has the Judges in his pocket! Do pray that Anthony Scarpino is at the head of the list - we're making a list and checking it twice etc - since he and his crew's act with the Astor Estate is just mind blowing!!! People don't understand what a greedy bastard he really is.

  6. All the info and evidence is out there straight from top to bottom including the CJC and more.

If there is nothing about CJC and OCA in general, then this is nothing.

Does not sound that way by the "article" but we have seen these types of articles before.

Now it is time to see action.

And see a Victim's Fund established paid by State and Feds.

  7. So with all the Newspapers writing almost daily about the NY Corruption ( NY Post, NY Daily News, etc etc ) how is this breaking news not in Any mainstream press yet?

Or is this going to go like the Westchester Indictments from how many years ago that were coming "soon" over 2 years ago now?

Has to be ok to at least ask the question.

    ReplyDelete
  8. Interesting comment on Silver's payment to quite Vito Lopez's victims, was actually the payment of a bribe so those women.

    It's that payment a crime?

  10. It has been 10 Days now since this Announcement and Not a Single Judicial Indictment Announced?

This is starting to Sound and Look like what was Represented here about the Weschester Indictments and that was 3 years ago or so now and No Indictments.

Unfortunately this continues to look more and more like the boy who cried Wolf once too often.

But in this situation, the Wolves have been Here All the Time permitted and allowed by the Fed State authorities "briefing" each other on what has not been done doing Damage Control.

Proof is in the pudding ( let's hope ), as certainly not here so far.

  11. The answer to why Sampson didn't follow through on those hearings is quite simple. Someone forgot to pay him his retainer.

"When some people sought the help of Brooklyn state Sen. John Sampson, he allegedly demanded that they hire him as their lawyer.
The FBI is investigating whether Sampson broke the law by seeking and receiving retainer fees from at least two businessmen who sought his assistance in dealing with the government, the Daily News has learned."

See. It was just a simple mistake.

  12. 14 days and counting. Some briefing eh?

  13. If there were any doubt that the relationship between Silver and Lippman was too close and improper, here's more evidence.

"ALBANY — A former state assemblywoman and close ally of Speaker Sheldon Silver has quietly left her cushy job at the state Education Department for an even higher-paying one in state Family Court."

"She’s now making $99,600 to work on child- support, paternity and other family issues, state payroll records show.

Silver’s childhood friend Jonathan Lippman is chief judge of the New York Court of Appeals and oversees administration of the state courts."

  14. Hey, we may all turn blue if we held our breath on this one and others!!! Is Sen. Sampson in the Witness Protection Program??? He's messing with some heavy duty dudes!!!

    ReplyDelete
  15. The only reason Sampson is messing with some "heavy duty" dudes is proof positive of everything the Feds have fallen down on the job for more than decade, perhaps Decades.

Some of the things said here people have known for 15-20 years or more but no changes.

This blog allegedly started out by Inviting those who had problems with an FBI Agent or US Attorney to contact them for real results and real action from Washington DC.

That has never come to fruition and more and more over time the blog has totally turned away from any responsibility of the Feds in literally Permitting the corrupted culture to fester and boil and strengthen and grow so long.

Each day passing with No Action and No Results and Nothing consistent with the multiple Proclamations made here makes the blog look more and more like a "front" tool for the Insiders to use, sort of like the former US Attorney Michael Garcia "HOTLINE" SHAM FRAUD Operation.

One of the related case persons recently said, why keep tracking and blasting the blog so much?

Simple answer. We all know who the corrupt ones were before, we have for years or decades. But they have not come forward making Promises and Representations as being something else but instead misleading and taking advantage of folks already damaged wit no accountability or responsibility at all. thus far for 5 years anyway.

    Time clock ticking.

  16. If this ever does break open it will be the biggest scandal since Boss Tweed, maybe bigger. It will also expose the cozy connections between the Banks, Certain Lawyers and the Surrogate's Court and Surrogage Judges. Then they should look at the unclaimed finds, that would be another gold mine! Till then!

    ReplyDelete
  17. Lippman's at it again:

"The Legislature has been considering a bill that would amend the State Constitution, if approved by voters, to extend the retirement age to 80 for hundreds of judges statewide, including the chief judge of the Court of Appeals, Jonathan Lippman."

    It'll never end.

  18. The buzz is that Sampson is talking and talking but, remember he's an attorney. If he can cut a deal as part of this process and walk, then he will be residing in a South American venue. Good Luck John!!!

  19. "Meanwhile, 24 hours after SAC sought to reassure employees, Cohen’s long-time lawyer Martin Klotz was spotted by a reporter for The Post yesterday entering the US Attorney’s downtown offices at around 1:45 p.m.

Klotz, a litigation partner at Willkie Farr, has long represented Cohen in his legal affairs, including a racketeering suit brought by Cohen’s ex-wife Patricia and a $4 billion case brought by pharmaceutical company Biovail Corporation in 2006.

Klotz, who didn’t return a request for comment, also represented SAC in its record $600 million settlement with the Securities and Exchange Commission earlier this year.

    . . . . . .

The bio on Willkie Farr’s website says Klotz “regularly provides advice on grand jury and SEC investigations of alleged financial offenses.”

  21. It seems like now is the time to reveal the NY's Judicial warrantless at whim wiretaping/ surveillance/Internet snooping..and let American's see All of what goes on in our Government behind the scenes that the Media and Congress have been hiding from us since 2001 and before!!!

    ReplyDelete
  22. Maybe someone can explain why the FBI and others in our government have the time and money to collect data on every phone call and internet trail in the entire world, trying to find crimes, but they seem incapable of even doing an cursory investigation on the corruption that goes on in NYS government and courts.

I'm back, I forgot to mention that our children were dragged away screaming. That I only was exercising my right to demand that he whole system show me their apparent authority and their actual authority. They are forcing representation on me and my family. Now, since I have been objecting to their false authority, a bench warrant is out for me for 5,300.00 dollars. We already lost 2,500.00 to the courts bogus "violations of conditions. As I have mentioned, it is very corrupt here in Alaska.

    ReplyDelete
  26. This story must be very deep since I have not seen any leaks or reports elsewhere in the media. NYS Officials normally can't wait to tell the world, so what's up? When will it break? Are the Judges and the 'system' negotiating a 'deal' at this very second??? Time shall tell.... to be continued........

    ReplyDelete
  27. I THINK WE HAVE TO ASK - HAVE THE 'FEDS' GONE ON VACATION ONCE AGAIN? TOO MANY PROMISES AND NO SUBSTANCE - IS THIS ALL JUST ANOTHER CON JOB!!!???

    ReplyDelete
  28. I bet the NSA has records of all the phone/email records for the courts and attorneys including Judges. This should be interesting.

    ReplyDelete
  29. Think about this..Pres Obama and the intelligence agencies are attempting to convince America it was not spying on innocent citizens. Now this story comes out and shows that the NY Ct System was spying/conducting surveillance etc with no legitimate purpose..Judges..Lawyers..and OCA litigants with over 1,000,000 documents and the conductors of those illegal activities in Federal possession...and how will Americans react knowing the NY Judiiary was doing this for a decade or more..and never for terrorism or criminal activity....but to get a heads up on people they perceived as wiling to expose their illegal behavior?
I suggest the American Federal Gov wants this information locked down!

  31. At this point a Month later with No Action at all it all appears to be part of the DOJ / State Govt insider's "con job". Leak some alleged breaking news that never actually breaks to keep the dissidents happy and in line and "thinking" something is happening, meanwhile control and orchestrate everything from the inside.

This Blog's Inside Sources should all Be Exposed at this point. Been playing this sick game for 5 years now and Nothing at all but False reports and misleading.

Oh right, but we are all supposed to wait as this is "so big", " so huge" right?

Yea, and Michael Garcia was going to be a Corruption Buster too and he also has a Few Bridges for Sale in Brooklyn too right?

    ReplyDelete
  32. Sounds like some are of the opinion that this blog and it's information is a big con job! Time shall tell as to what the facts are....

    ReplyDelete
  33. Isn't that just the problem? "time will tell" but in the case of this blog many folks have waited over 5 years and guess what? time still has not told yet, nor anything else happened either, not one example?

so how long will time go for before it tells?

meanwhile back at the ranch of the state capitol in Albany, here is the actual breaking news reported in the capitol region newspaper

    http://blog.timesunion.com/capitol/archives/189217/video-unveiling-mario-cuomos-portrait/

Query: Shouldn't "breaking news" at least have one occurrence within the 30 days of being called "breaking news" or is this some new blog standard of "breaking news" to have NO News and No action over 30 days later?

oh that's right, time will tell

  35. What this blog wrote about what OCA did relative to wiretaps/surveilance/internet spying is absolutely the truth..I was a vicitm of all that and more and I am not from NYC!
Whatever is keeping the Government from addressing it or all the Politicians from revealing it... is the problem!
Cuomo does have lots of sh** going on in his personal dealings, but that is not new and he seems to not care or he wouldnt hire the trim!
This information is just as damaging as Snowden's, as it reveals total snooping for the single purpose of spying for information that could help OCA with their Just wanting to know what certain people HAD on them...and never, ever anything criminal or terroistic!
When Americans, who do not read this blog ever get wind of this huge violation of personal privacy with no purpose but just to remain a powerful abuser of civil rights, crime and just plain nosy gossip to destroy those whom they chose to spy on....they will flip.
Write to the DOJ and Pres Obama and tell them you know and want answers now..or this blog will not respond or force their hand.

  37. Don't know if Pres. Obama wants to mess with Chucky? Maybe the DOJ could be interested but you never know with them. Have the Feds left the building and NY? This whole thing with NSA and the IRS are too big, it can't stay this way and it can't continue to be covered up, so write give it a try it can't hurt. Hey, you know what they say - Big Brother is watching and little brother is investigating .....

    ReplyDelete
  38. Just to encourage those who do not know how illegal and severe OCA'S spying was..an assigned Federal Ct Lawyer working for that Judge produced anonymous writing from this blog..extensive...attributed to the pltf against OCA in a Federal Lawsuit with questions stating the Pltf was accusing OCA on this blog.....in a Conspiracy that then would create a different standard than the standard of a Title VII lawsuit!
No name was on those multiple comments, but OCA attributed directly to the Pltf..something they could only know if hey retrieved from Internet spying!
After that useless questioning by the Fed lawyer assigned as working for Pltf..lol...those blog posting and their content/usefulness to OCA disappeared completely after they got no acknowledgment that pltf posted them ... intimidation seemed to be their MO here!
This event happened in 2011! This is just one thing indicating they spy..many others but il not get into them now
We as NYers nd Americans cannot allow Judicial or any other Amer Gov to continue this horror..don't let them divert you by continuing the reporting and examination of Snowdens life, motives or fathers betrayal on Fox News..keep focused on the spying etc of innocents in this Land of the Free....allege deadly!

The best one is the Gov. is forming a Moreland Commission to 'investigate' (coverup) the corruption. What did he do when he was AG, sleep, now all of a sudden he sees corruption in Albany at the end of his nose. A bad Joke!!!

    ReplyDelete
  42. The wiretap case in the Eastern District is interesting since it's slow and steady. It's also the same federal venue that Sen John Sampson is engaged with. The DDC was and may still be conducting illegal wires on phones etc. of people they wanted to destroy - could the NSA be doing the same thing for them now?

Now another big smoke and mirrors Press Announcement by Andy that will do nothing to change the Core.

People should be demanding that Kevin Mc Keown aka Frank Brady Detail each person and office he took all this Info to especially during buddy Boyd Johnson days.

2 Months Later, Hmmm, has there been one announced Indictment? No, of course not.

Bought more cover up delay time though.

  59. If the American people knew that the Office of Child Support Enforcement ("OSCE") receives 25% of every dollar they collect in Child Support from browbeaten impoverished and bankrupted non-custodial fathers, they would quickly disband the entire organization.

This 25% collection fee literally creates an incentive for the OSCE to violate and break the law, their Attorneys to break Ethics Rules, Criminals to steal your case files in court clerk filing rooms, sabotage, murder, theft, extortion, blackmail, unlawful and unconstitutional property seizure, illegal prohibitions on your right to travel, and much much more.

To go against them, is to go against a multi-billion dollar criminal enterprise industry which uses the natural love we have for our children against us, as blood-money extortion to get more money out of us.

They are more ruthless and dangerous than the Mafia, or Cosa Nostra.

The FBI and the US District Courts need to build a federal case against OCSE and indict them under the Racketeering Influenced Corrupt Organization ("RICO") Act, but they never will, because the federal government doesn't eat its own.

    They are all fucking criminals.
