Sources reveal that there is indeed an on-going investigation involving Brooke Astor’s estate. But one of the targets of the high-priority probe is NOT Ms. Astor’s son, Anthony Marshall, but the Westchester County Surrogate’s Court Judge himself, Anthony A. Scarpino, Jr.
It was also revealed that a parallel federal probe by the FBI Public Corruption Unit involves the Judge and Jeanine Pirro, the former Westchester County District Attorney.

Judge Scarpino, Frank Streng and Jody Keltz are a con team working the Astor Estate for their own benefit. This is all a big scam, the same that has been run on Carvel, Winston and many more Estates and Trusts to the benefit of the insiders.

Don't understand how Jody Keltz Court Attorney/Referee is still working in the Surrogate Court after the swindle that she pulled in the B. Murray Estate (elsewhere on this blog). Maybe her husband Carl is a bag man for Tony? WHo knows, but for sure something is going on.
Tony Scarpino is running a scam on the Astor Estate. He is keeping the ball in the air and all the meters are running.
Scarpino never makes a decision on anything. He makes it sound like he is this wise judge and that the litigants just need some time and they will come to an amicable solution without the interference of the court. Many litigants don't have any choice but to use the courts for certain proceedings, including surrogates and matrimony.
His continual delays in making decisions only compounds problems for the litigants. However, I never thought about the point that it benefits the attorneys. I guess this way he can kill two birds with one stone.

Tony Scarpino once said proudly that he taught Rob D everything he knows. The question is about what - corruption???? Rob D was know as Tony's hammer (among other things) now has moved on to be a County Judge on a fast track to be a Supreme with the help of Tony's friends. Rob was heard to remark that when he got out of law school none of the big firms would look at him. When he was Tony's hammer he had all these same people begging him for favours. Life is strange. Who has taken Rob D's place? Is it Jody Keltz and her husband Carl? Someone has to pick up the cash et al.? And Rob is not available when Tony really needs him now?
It really seems to me that the federal government needs to get involved with the westchester courts and the out of control corruption there.
Everything spewed in the name of corruption is always about money, sex and power. Attack each one methodically within the court.....AND THE WAR BEGINS IN THE NAME OF THEIR DESTRUCTION! Block their access to the big money....insert homely females....and put the judges in powder blue robes! Does this work for anyone?..
Tony Scarpino has a facade that obscures his core Machiavellian being. A great many people don't comprehend this fact. Francis Nicolai must wake up quickly and realize that Machievelliam Tony is doing everything he can to insure Nicolai's demise. Why, because some people have promised Tony boy Nicolai's job as Administrative Judge. Follow the bouncing ball folks.

Nicoali can watch his back all he wants, but it's too late. Nicolai will lose the election and remain a lowly civil court judge. Then he will lose his job as Administrative Judge, so he'll be able to judge parking tickets where he belongs. Contrary to his dreaming, Nicky boy will retire as a civil court judge, and he deserves all the laughing pointed at him.

Judge Anthony Scarpino, Jody Keltz, Frank Streng all know that the Astor Estate is a cash cow to be milked dry. Watch carefully and see how the Astor cash cow is manuvered to the milking parlor. Judge Scarpino may wring his hands bemoaning what is happening but in the end the bottom line is how much money in fees did his friends get from the Astor cash cow.

Surrogate Judge Scarpino, Frank Streng, Jody Keltz/Carl as everyone knows are a little light in their Surrogate Law knowledge so to gin things up enter Colleen stage left formerly of Manhattan. A very interesting choice Anthony does Judge Roth approve? Was this done to gain some respectability in the Astor Estate?
Filed a complaint against attorney Jody Keltz from the Surrogates Court and never got any response.
Andrew Cuomo is looking for things, he can look at Jody Keltz and Charley Scott at the Surrogate's Court. They are not stupid, they're shyster lawyers, but they know where the money and houses are that's why they work at the Surrogate's Court.
