Westchester Braces for Onslaught of Federal Corruption Indictments

Informed sources have revealed that Westchester County, along with parts of Rockland, Bronx and Manhattan Counties, are about to rocked by a series of corruption indictments. Federal Investigators have been working for nearly three years on the ever-growing and wide-spread list of charges, says the source. "The extent of public corruption in Westchester is staggering- a panoply of crime yet uncovered in the United States. When is the New York City hearing?

encouraged, finally said...

The exposure of the corruption should now break wide open. Keep an eye on this New York Senator Sampson. We've been waiting a long time for someone like him with courage to be a real leader for us in this state.

How many bloggers believe that all this Committee is interested in doing is fulfilling the obligation to just sit there and listen?

How many believe the Committee will placate small changes ?

How many believe We have finally been heard in a big way and the Committee will now eradicate the Bar?

Dear Judge Klonick and Mr.Tembeckjian:

When I filed my complaint of misconduct against Suffolk Judge Hudson, in that he:

1. should have recused himself from the trial as he had too much prior and biased knowledge of the case.

2. he failed to report my complaint of attorney misconduct to the appropriate authorites.

3. he caused the trial transcript to be altered in a material way.

To confine myself to #3 only:

The judge and ADA had a back and forth about the ADA bringing in information that he was expressly forbidden to introduce, both at trial and in prior pre-trial hearings.

After several objections by the defense attorney, and a request by the defense attorney to caution his witness not to utter what the prosecution was clearly trying to get the witness to utter, the judge denied the attorney that accomodation after the ADA objected.

The following dialog took place:

Judge: I know where you are going with this Mr.Timmons, and if you do so I am going to call a mistrial.

ADA: I understand your instructions, Judge, and I am going to do so anyway.

That was on the daily record and it somehow disappeared from the official record offered to the appellate court on an unrelated issue of appeal.

Simple enough to investigate?

All I get for my effort is a gal that only identified herself as "Jamie", no last name or title that she had at CJC.

In a short letter by CJC, I am told my complaint had no merit.

As to the DDC - please, you are a joke in progress.

A prosecutor tells a jury that he KNEW his witness gave false testimony when it was given. He tells the jury that on summation to explain his incompetence. He then writes a reply to the DDC and confirms he knew the witness lied under oath - and he did nothing about it when he heard it.

The law, IMHO, is very clear on that issue. YOU CANNOT ALLOW FALSE TESTIMONY TO STAND!!!

What is so hard to understand about that?

These videos are very powerful. Has Attorney General Cuomo seen them?

Time to replace words with acts. My letter to Tembeckjian. 6/11/2009
Commission on Judicial Conduct
Robert Tembeckjian

Dear Mr. Tembeckjian:
I heard your testimony on June 10. Your commission obviously erred in dismissing my complaint. I’m resubmitting it and including other misconduct by Judge Kevin K. Ryan which occurred after the original complaint was filed. Judge Ryan knowingly allowed perjury and fraud by a former DA, Ara Asadourian, who told a jury I was the worst Domestic Violence Abuser in the North Country since 1972 and the Police intervened to stop me. Judge Ryan refused to allow Police records to show no DV intervention ever occurred. Judge Ryan told the jury to disregard that testimony.

I have been defribrillated five times and Judge Ryan moved up a trial date to when he knew I was in cardiac intensive care. Judge Ryan dismissed an action for damages from an assault and battery and attempt to cause my death,. allowing Ara Asadourian to claim in one action that the assault, battery, an attempt was only an accident and then claim it was deliberate.

Judge Ryan’s reversed the order of closing arguments. This is only a very shortened list of my complaints against Judge Ryan.

Is this CJC acceptable judicial conduct? The people would hope not. There is no need to review my complaint against Judge Dawson, since the voters have discarded him.

Sincerely yours,

Terence Finnan

Included: Complaint to Judge Pfau concerning Judge Ryan’s misconduct when I was hospitalized, which should be added to my original complaint.

P.S. Would CJC consider Judge Pfau’s inaction to be acceptable?

Tembeckjian sounds like a real sweetheart. How'd he become such a cold hearted animal?!? Who appointed this clown, anyway?!?!?!

Send these videos to President Obama, the federal DOJ and the FBI...and request a response of any kind.
This needs to be exposed beyond NY AND NYC...our state is faltering and Wall Street was just a hint of what is smelly and busted in...New York State!

You know our very dysfunctional judiciary hasn't come without warning. Thomas Jefferson gave us sufficient 'heads up' when he wrote:

“The original error [was in] establishing a judiciary independent of the nation, and which, from the citadel of the law, can turn its guns on those they were meant to defend,
and control and fashion their proceedings to its own will.”

He observed that 'judges are as honest as other men, and not more so. They have, with others, the same passions for party, for power, and the privilege of their corps……..they consider themselves secure for life; they sculk from responsibility to public opinion . An opinion is huddled up in conclave, perhaps by a majority of one, delivered as if unanimous and with the silent acquiescence of lazy or timid associates, by a crafty chief judge, who sophisticates the law to his mind by the turn of his own reasoning '

That is soooooo true. The judges I have encountered over the last (15) fifteen years are as 'sculking' and corrupt as Nazis. In fact, they use the same propaganda tactics; to wit:
never admit a fault or wrong; never accept blame; never leave room for alternatives, AND, 'tell a lie big enough and often enough, and the People will ultimately believe it”

It is 'Kristelnacht' in America.

Why hasn't Tembeckjian been arrested yet?

senator sampson just released a press statement that he has three priorities for legislation. Justice reform was not one of them.

Oh, well.

You could tell he was just going through the motions....and possbily gathering faces and information related to those faces for future negative action.
I know the judiciary very well.....they retaliaite, hold vendettas, and destroy!
This judicial setup in NY STATE is something that Washington must get involved in.....it is too hot for any state politician to touch ever.... no matter who gets into power in this juvenile and criminal government we have to TOLERATE!
NY STATE will only attempt to placate the uproars of those of us who will not give up.... while checking out whose face is saying what about this criminal judicial operation.
The Feds got involved in the PA situation...because judicial corruption in a small town in a state nowhere near as vital to US politics as NY is...was a risk easily taken and it showed the FBI is not afraid of real criminals...just BIG CRIMINALS!

Don`t call Alan Friedberg, Martin Gold and Robert Tembeckjian animals...it gives a bad name to to animals!

Cuomo is useless, go to his website and he suggests that you contact the OCA IG for all complaints connected to OCA... I had a good laugh when I read that one !!!

Here's a quote from the LA Times that is about the New Jersey corruption bust, but applies just as well to New York.

http://www.latimes.com/news/nationworld/nation/la-na-nj-corrupt24-2009jul24,0,922290.story

"But even Murray was surprised by the record number of arrests Thursday, particularly after repeated warnings by successive FBI heads that they were on the hunt for criminal behavior.

"It's amazing that they know they could get caught, they know that people are watching them and yet," Murray said, trailing off. "Well, speaking as a New Jerseyan, I don't know if I'm more embarrassed by the corruption or stupidity.""

Despite all of our setbacks and stumbling blocks, we have two factors in our favor.

Friedberg, Lippman, Tembeckjian and their colleagues are as oblivious as they are corrupt. They have lived under the protection of institutional corruption for so long that they have lost any rational fear of the authorities.

That is why they continue to supply us with such ironclad evidence of corruption. Their arrogance and stupidity will be their undoing.

Go FBI!
