I strongly believe that 2010 will be the year that Martin Luther King's powerful words will come to life in New York State, via indictments, prison and true accountability!

remember how they did it as oppressed and the hatred that went on......they held their heads high, they spoke as a group, they sang mighty songs and they sacrificed who they had to sacrifice and they won!
I was with MLK in the 60's and I remember him well. I was working on the political front in DC and back in NY. Our courts and judges make Bull Connor look humane.
In NY, with our courts and its lawyers we have "Injustice is everywhere threatening everyone." We had a corrupt AG, Spitzer, who shook down WALL Street to finance his campaign and is thanked in London, England, for moving the IPO market to London. We now have AG, Cuomo, who is shaking down the lawyers to fill his campaign treasury and has made his latest shakedown of banks. Somehow, we are to believe Cuomo has no power to prosecute the corruption shown on this site by NY lawyers and judges. Cuomo is defending the crooked lawyers and judges in NY and federal courts, instead of the people of NY.
Mr. Cuomo, you have been personally informed and your Solicitor General of the corruption of Judge Kevin K. Ryan, who moved up a two week later scheduled court date to later that same day's morning while I was in cardiac intensive care and the NOTICE to me was a call that same morning by the judge's staff to the hospital. You know the FACTS that the hospital doesn't accept calls into cardiac intensive care and Judge Ryan refused to rehear the matter.
Mr. Cuomo, you know the FACTS that I was defribrillated five separate times and had two heart attacks and a stroke and if you didn't know that someone in cardiac intensive should not check out, you are either a moron or unethical liar.
Mr. Cuomo, I'm calling your cards. You have my sworn criminal complaints against Judge Ryan and Mr. Tembeckjian at the CJC who knows Judge Ryan is an unethical and criminal judge, but is covering up for him with his own criminal misconduct. Mr. Cuomo, you can use my sworn criminal complaints to obtain an arrest warrant before qny judge in this State. Serve the people and not a corrupt cabal.

You are so right Mr. Finnan...the NY state judicial system and pointedly.... Buffalo NY state and federal courts....... wait until you are unconscious and hospitalized...and then they quietly AND quickly run to the courthouses to settle or alter long time pending cases.
Where then does one go to report such provable activity...as the media supresses, censors and protects all judicial corruption talk or blogging, and we then remain void of any justice, as NY COURTS VICIOUSLY FIGHT FOR NO JUDICIAL ACCOUNTABILITY!
THESE STORIES MUST CONTINUE TO BE TOLD...UNTIL ALL CITIZENS SEE JUSTICE AS CORRUPTION THAT EXCRETES THE VENOM OF CORPORATE GREED, POURING FROM THE FLASK OF THE COWARDS DRESSED IN BLACK !
What is it that Senator Sampson is supposed to be doing?
There's plenty of "Injustice" in Westchester Co. The question is how do you get rid of these criminals when the crimianls are in charge?
