See the Alleged $40 Million Dollar Evidence and Letter to Paterson and Cuomo
CLICK HERE TO SEE the actual January 25, 2010 dated letter, with all of the exhibits, sent to Governor Paterson and Attorney General Cuomo. The January 26, 2010 dated letter to ALL members of the New York State Senate Judiciary Committee will be posted soon. They have been sent full copies of the correspondence to the Governor and Attorney General, and have been asked to review the troubling allegations and take appropriate action.

Did Ramos leave any paper trial for campaign contributions or those "consulting fees" to Lippman or his bagmen?
I just finished my 3rd read of the documents. This is clear fraud by Ramos, and an improper wink and nod by Lippman. He's gotta go. Get rid of him. Put someone with some character in as the top judge!!! Do it today!!!!

Paterson elevated Lippman to head the NY courts and in doing so he followed the alignment that the courts were heavily pursuing throughout NY state, to establish an unshakable corrupt syndicate.
The courts have increasingly been participating in perjurous testimony in multiple allegations that they are defending, within the federal court system....and THEY KNOW THAT NO ONE WILL EVER PROSECUTE THAT CRIME OR ANY OTHER CRIMES RELATIVE TO THEIR CULPABILITY IN ANY ILLEGALITIES...so they have solidified the trail with these Extensive and terroristic cover-ups using other ROBES in higher positions, who blatantly and callously pretend to assert JUDICIAL accountability, but in reality are in place to level WHITEWASHERING DETERMINATIONS, that cannot be overcome!
Paterson is a major problem in the perpetuating of this corruption...and therefore he owes this state an explanation and excavation of what the NY justice system has nailed into place, as an entity of faithless and abusive judicial activities and behavior.
do you think Paterson knew how corrupt the system was when he elevated Lippman, evil comes in many disguises....
it is possible, he was naive like some of us, like me, and is learning the most difficult lessons right now.....
his actions on this one
will tell us his heart!
As the Governor of NY state, Paterson was mandated by ethics and his obligation and concern for all citizens and taxpayers, to seek any and all vetting for this very powerful Chief Judge position.
For anyone to defend Paterson on any appointment and assert he was niave...only indicates that the people of this state are ever so willing to allow incompetence to exist in our top governmental positions.
Paterson is a very high level operative in NY state politics for many years, as was his father, and therefore his inabilities to confirm judicial corruption before he promotes same...can never be an excuse or should never, ever be defended!

I know from experience that Cuomo's office doesn't/won't do anything. Patterson appointed Lippman and also that state senator, Gillibrand and is clearly under the influence of Silver, who is only interested in his own personal interests.
I would cover more bases to make it clear that they have been put on notice and they are not protecting your Civil Rights. Then you can go after them both personally and professionally for not doing what they are mandated to do by protecting your constitutional rights.
Just a suggestion.
