BREAKING NEWS: Coming to a Corrupt Court Near You: A New Administrative Judge
First, is was announced that Manhattan Administrative Judge Jacqueline W. Silbermann, the deputy chief administrative judge for matrimonial matters, was going to leave her post in December. The "official story" was she really only stayed on because Chief Judge Kaye "asked" her to stay on last year. The "REAL STORY" is that she was told she'd get the boot from the administrative post and return to a regular calander by year's end, so she "decided" to take a job a Blank Rome.
And just last week, it was revealed that 9th Judicial District Administrative Judge Francis Nicolai, was told that he was no longer welcome as the administrator of anything. He was also told to move out of his "shrine-like" administrative offices by the end of December.
Seems like the holidays are coming a bit early this year.

I heard Frank was getting heat because his affair with an unnamed Westchester County DA was causing a lot of problems, and people were sick of covering for the two of them (both married). What a stud.

It is about time to clean up the mess and expose these criminals. Judge Nicolai and his servants need to pay, these are common criminals and not above the law.

Who's making these changes? The system is corrupt and evil, it will not reform itself. This is a power struggle at the judicial version of a drug cartel. The winner is the one who does the most evil.
My belief from upstate NY is, that sexual affairs participatied in by judges, and especially ADMINISTRATIVE JUDGES, were a resume must and a praised perk of the position and necessary for you to garner the respect of OCA!
Hmmm..wonder what went wrong here....she must have stolen money from him and tried to blackmail him thereafter with a report to the MEDIA ...the only reason OCA finds forced or consenual sex on the job..offensive and a reason to dump both participants!
Being one who was forced to endure sexual harassment and reporting it...I was removed after 30 yrs, using violent and perjurous individuals, documents and a continued pattern of blocking progress in FEDERAL COURT!
OCA is not cleaning house..they are replacing lepers with losers...because the same scum still have jobs and are still in charge in many other courthouses!
Good for those who no longer have those lepers on their island..but remember...the big island still has the real diseased ones ....spreading the plague!

Maybe Obama should first bring "change" to how the judicial sysytem is operated and get rid of the old senile disguting criminals that are serving their own interests and their bullshit laws.
I'm sure as a domino effect the economic horizon should brighten considerably. Wasn't it the "evil" self-serving decisions these judicial assholes (including congress & senate) made that caused the world to collapse in the first place.
I remember a time when people actually "worked" for a living not "scammed" our nation dry.
