STAY AWAY FROM ANY COURT IN WESTCHESTER COUNTY. THEY ARE ALL CORRUPT, LED BY THE TOP THUG FRANCIS NICOLAI- HE'S THE ADMINISTRATOR. JUDGES ARE AFRAID OF THIS BUM. AND THE PROBATE JUDGE SCARPINO IS CORRUPT TOO, ONLY SERVES TO LINE HIS OWN POCKETS.
You are right about the corruption of the Westchester Courts but this case in brought in Manhattan and Scarpino is not happy since he wanted total control of the Astor monies.
thier should be some sort of cap
like the lawyers can only get 10%
then it would be over in a few minutes
it might teach people to keep thier money in the matress or give it away before the die.
peace
