Does Christie know? Well, he knows now. Sounds just like New York.
Why hasn't the ethics group asked Gov. Cuomo to do the same in NY State?
Cuomo must come clean about what he knows..as this ex AG defended judicial corruption in his AG capacity...all while examining the facts and basis of each claim and DETERMINING that OCA was never wrong or criminal or illegal in its sudden and outrageous actions against the reputations of the clean backgrounds of all the pltfs... even when sound, standard and legal proof was provided of OCA;S multiple crimes and activities!
Cuomo is part of the perpetuation of NY Judicial Corruption and the public needs to know it and have the ability to address it to his face!
Does anyone really believe that Gov. Christie doesn't know he governs a corrupt judiciary...really??
Would think "for sure" that alot of the Bigger Picture problems in NY cross over into parts of Jersey, Connecticut, Mass, etc.
Not that all are necessarily intertwined specifically but likely on larger level in some ways.
One of the Related cases knows all about NY-NJ cross over problems to the tune of an Actual Death Threat that came in to her office directly Reported to US Attorney in New Jersey.
Where is the action? Where are the results? Where is the change?
Isn't it truly insane that the American, NY, NJ Judicial systems actually "kill, threaten to kill and attempt to kill any person who reveals their syndicate operations".....all of which are facts right now..and NOT ONE AGENCY OF JUSTICE in this country of freedom, WHERE we are told to espouse.. can address, prosecute or permit the media to investigate these 3rd world crimes?

Marital law is the foulest area of practice and the low life snakes (read lawyers!) screw everyone and take as much money etc. as they can get! I know first hand since I went thru a divorce and got screwed by the system. Everyone gets screwed except the lawyers and the Judge.

on April 10, 2012 I filed a Complaint for Deprivation of Rights Under Color of Law, 18 U.S.C. § 242 and Conspiracy Against Rights, 18 U.S.C. § 241, to the Department Of Justice (http://departmentofjusticecomplaint.blogspot.com/), with Jonathan Lippman as one of the named parties...
after about 3 weeks of calling to inquire about the status of the Complaint, I was finally told by one Angela Parks at the DOJ, that "we don't handle things like that here", and that "i should get a lawyer"...
this didn't make any sense at all given the DOJ mandate... not until i recently came upon this...

i was in shock... the President, the same President that i voted for, was nominating this crook to the prestigious position on the board of the State Justice Institute, a not-for-profit organization that works to improve the administration of justice in state courts...

i'm mailing to the President a copy of the decision that has Lippman's name on it dismissing my Appeal of an Order of the Court (Latia Martin) directed the immediate forced sale of my home (Oct 2006) as "not having significant constitutional question", along with my disgust and disappointment with his nomination...

I am not advocating just blogging etc, but that is a vital effort.. but this blog must keep up and also report stories that exist about OCA that they have never touched on and have known for years.
This blog is one venue and at times a good one but the past 3 yrs has lagged tremendously..it must keep the heat on the courts but seems to have suspiciously shyed away from its initital intentions!
Eventually lawsuits will expose the details and insiders will come clean..people can only tolerate so much abuse....and OCA hands it out like candy.
When a country's Government murders its own people..their future is tragic!

Maybe the NYT will begin to get the picture that those who are supposed to be protecting us have a different agenda. Clearly the NYPD is not impressed, or even concerned that the NYT is supposed to be a world renowned newspaper. This too will just fall by the wayside when they should actually be very afraid. This is just another step in the loss of personal freedoms and justice.
But, everyone here already knows that. It's time for the rest of the mainstream media to wake up and smell the coffee. Now they are on the list of those whose rights have been taken by government officers.
You think it's bad In NYC? Try living in Connecticut, it's 50 times worse & the news media refuses to address MOST issues of Police Corruption, along with miscarriage of justice regarding the Probate Courts.
Don't die in CT, your relatives will be forced to spend their lives in poverty & being harassed & threatened by so many people in the state, you could write an Encyclopedia about it!
I certainly wouldn't suggest using a Probate lawyer named Frank Leone. He's got no regard for terminally ill elderly ladies, or their relatives, even if they are permanently disabled.
He has been very verbally abusive to some of the disabled beneficiaries of his clients
and even charged fees the amount the beneficiaries were supposed to get also.

Did you know they just came out with a law stating you are allowed to sue your Probate Lawyer if they violate the terms of the will in CT?
Thank God for that, but who does one use as a decent ATTY. to sue a corrupt lawyer who will not charge you thousands to just hear if your case?
I read of an ATTY. named William Sweeney, who sued a corrupt lawyer but I know nothing about him & hesitate to use businesses in Hartford County!
