Attorney Jailed Pending Embezzlement Trial

Lawyer Accused of Spending More Than $500,000 of Her Grandmother's Money

Michelle Lorenz Valicek, an attorney from Texas, will sit in jail to await trial, in another case, after being arrested for DWI.  Valicek had been out on bail from 2009 charges involving allegations that she swiped over a half-million dollars belonging to her 90-year-old-plus grandmother.  CLICK HERE TO SEE THE FULL STORY
