The SJI?!?! Never heard of them. Guess it's now confirmed that their work is a sham. What a total joke.
What a friggin' joke!
And some good news is that Lippman will be out of his NYS job at the end of 2015, so there is an end.
the fact that a man who can see "no significant Constitutional question" on a Appeal to NY State's Highest Court, on a matter of deprivation of property without due process (U.S. Constitution 14th Amendment) has been nominated to this prestigious post, by the person who i voted for for President of the U.S. gives me serious reason for pause...
now it is apparent why the DOJ declined to act on a recent Complaint which i filed that included Lippman as a party (http://departmentofjusticecomplaint.blogspot.com/ ...
