Many judges believe mandatory sentencing guidelines are wrong. Some judges speak up and take action. "This was a miscarriage of justice," said Judge Lagueux.....

It's nice that this judge is doing the right thing but he should have used his position while he was an active judge to go public and show the country how screwed up Washington is....
