Another Year of Corrupt Judicial Oversight

New York's Corrupt Judicial 'Ethics' Commission Welcomes 2014

In a failed attempt to show any usefulness, the New York State Commission on Judicial Conduct (CJC) apparently came to the conclusion that NY State-issued license plates identifying the registered owner as a member of the NY "Supreme Court" just may provide the driver or occupants with some sort of friendly accommodation from law enforcement.
The New York Law Journal, in an August 27, 2012 article by Joel Stashenko, "Conduct Commission Questions If Judicial Plates Violate Code," reported that Robert Tembeckjian was seeking, "...input for a public report to address the issue of whether the special vehicle plates violate the code of judicial conduct."

Nothing Better To Do ?

The suggestion that every judge in New York State was trading their status as a judge to avoid legal responsibility was a thoughtless and desperate act by CJC Chief Counsel Robert Tembeckjian.  The timing by Tembeckjian, himself under fire for selective enforcement of judicial ethics investigations, continues the accepted reality that the CJC wastes public funds and resources by pursuing issues not within the stated purpose of the CJC.

Did Mr. Tembeckjian just realize that a license plate identifying the driver as a judge just might give that judge a break by a cop?  What about the reality that judges have accepted tickets from members of law enforcement and, in some cases, have had to nudge officers to actually issue a ticket. Every judge (and cop) knows that the public is watching events when a vehicle with "Judge's Plates" is engaged with a member of law enforcement.  Some judges argue that they (or members of their family) have been denied the usual discretion of the ticket-issuing cop- whether to receive a warning in place of an actual summons- because of the always-hovering cloud of becoming mentioned in the next "ticket-fixing" scandal.  One insider noted that Tembeckjian's improper over-reaching doesn't address the reality that most 'fixed' tickets are only fixed after they are issued.

Governor Cuomo should do New York a little favor and chime in on the corrupt people supposedly over-seeing the state's judges. The public, state employees, and judges deserve to have a competent- and ethical- committee involved with the state's judges.

Must the public endure another year of being disgraced by a so-called overseer of judicial ethics in New York State?  Corrupt judges will go on their merry way knowing they are protected by the all-too-politial and corrupt group headed by Robert Tembeckjian.

And the honest judges of New York State, who really would like to uphold the law and justice, are again on notice that nothing has changed at the CJC.  Judicial ethics review and enforcement in New York State is a sham, void of any sense of due process, and nothing more than a selective and retaliatory weapon to be used when needed.

Hey, how come this blog doesn't have anything about the corrupt cops, firemen et al. that ripped off the SS retirement system with their Corrupt Lawyer Ray Lavelle, a former FBI and head of the Nassau Co. D.A.'s Racket Bureau. The US Atty uncovered this long standing 'Racket' but what about the one old Ray ran in the Nassau Co. Surrogate's Court with Judge Reardon and et al.? The US Atty would find lots of grist for his mill.

Maybe a start?

"Just this week Barsky was able to shake Bill Keller, the former executive editor of the New York Times and 30-year Times veteran, to jump ship without too much cajoling and join him at a journalism start-up covering the criminal justice system.
Keller is to be the editor-in-chief of the not-for-profit start-up, the Marshall Project, due to launch later this year."

"“There is no way to cover the criminal justice, courts and prisons and make money from it,” he told The Post. “There’s no way to support it with ads. In fact, I am skeptical if there is a way to support content sites anywhere. I know there are ‘for profit’ sites, but I suspect none of them have turned major profits. It’s a very difficult model.”
But Barsky does think there would be value to shining a light on the subjects and occasionally catching the public’s interest with great stories."

When is Sen John Sampson going to be coming 'out of the closet' and the wall of corruption begin falling down? Confidential inside sources have addmitted that Sen John Sampson (currently under Federal charges) is and has been a Federal asset who has been working to gather evidence for a DOJ unit out of Washington DC ... stayed tuned!!!

Anonymous said...

It would be a shock if the DOJ announced Sampson as a confidential informant after smearing him in the media for so long.

I hope this is true and they start making widespread arrests soon.

Very few people know what's going on behind the curtain and time will tell. I have hope that we will see more than one Surrogate Judge standing before the Bar of Justice.

Will Andy Coumo give up a few Judges to make himself look good when his runs for relection? Who will be in the famous walk to the jail house?

Just wondering - is there ANY court in NYS that would be called a 'Hot Bench' - meaning that all 'Papers' are read including but, not limited to Pro se 'Papers?' Just wondering?

Judge Joan Madden of NY Supreme Court, 60 Lafayette Street, New York, NY 10006 is a lesbian, feminazi, man-hating, racist, superdyke bitch of a biased Judge who always sides with white Jewish women against everyone else. She is a complete and total discredit to the bench and to judges everywhere, routinely allowing white Jewish women privileges such as not having to serve process properly, not having to follow the law, not even requiring an attorney, allowing them to skip and miss court, and other law breaking and discretionary behavior patterns, while she makes men, especially minority men, jump through hoops, deny their simple requests, yell at them harshly in court, abuse these men publicly, berate them, scream at them, and other lesbianic-man hating psychopathic behavior patterns. Judge Joan Madden is a bona fide and paid off member of the ultra-feminist Lesbian Mafia, and she should not be a Judge on the bench as she is a danger to herself and others. She is also as ugly as the Emperor in Star Wars, and just as evil. Please avoid having to go in front of her in court, either as a lawyer or a litigant, especially if you are a minority male.

Kris Sergentakis said...

With all due respect I would like to see this blog do a major story on "absolute immunity" that prosecutors enjoy.

Are these prosecutors royalty with more rights than Citizens?

Anonymous said...

Amen, Kris - for the most part these vermin should have NO IMMUNITY MUCH LESS "ABSOLUTE" IMMUNITY! Another illegal perk that the 'system' arranged for their brethen! They should ALL (without EXCEPTION) also be subject to Monthly DRUG TESTING along with the Judges!

Kris Sergentakis said...

Anonymous I could not have said it better.

Are the Judges and prosecutors royalty? Are they princes and princesses?

Crimes are intentionally committed against Citizens and they are never punished.

Anonymous said...

re: immunity

Actually there really is no authority for giving immunity to judges. It's not authorized in the constitution or by any law made by congress.

The basis for giving judges immunity actually goes back to English Law and the basis that judges enforced the King's Laws, and that the King was always right. It probably made sense in England because it was the King that made the laws and he gave the power to enforce them to his judges. The King could do no wrong.

Unfortunately, the judges here seemed to skipped over the matter of the US having a revolution against England and its King, so that rationalization for giving judges and others immunity went the way of us being a colony. Everything in US laws referencing this kind of stuff was thrown out with the revolution.

But this is just another inconvenient truth they use to cover up.

Interesting turn of events.

Preet Bharara seems to be holding Cuomo accountable for one of his publicity stunts.

"U.S. Attorney Says He Will Take Up Work of Corruption Panel Cuomo Disbanded" (today's NYTs)

Maybe he needs to be clued into the connection between the politicians and the corruption that they facilitate with the courts.

There is more to hide beside the backdoor deals that the politicians engage in.

Anonymous said...

I don't know about Preet (US Atty SDNY) - REmember the opening at downtown Pace although the "Commission" wouldn't let us in the "Public Hearing" notwithstanding the fact that we had duly "Registered" I did see and read media accounts of Preet speaking. What good did it do? What is Preet going to do, wrap of the Commission Hearings in a nice package to give Andrew cover so this doesn't distrub his Presidential desires? THis whole process is one BIG INCEST BAND OF LAWYERS AGAINST THE CITIZENS! They have repeatedly violated OUR TRUST so how can you TRUST anyone of them????????

Anonymous said...

The Southern District of NY is extremely political that is the only reason this may happen. Don't look for anything to come out (some low level minion maybe) it is part of the coverup.

A former Suffolk Co. Judge wrote a book that tells the truth about corruption in the Courts involving DA's, lawyers et al. and they got rid of him for telling the truth.

when is this blog going to post something current??? How about maybe a Judge or two going to Jail?

Anonymous said...

This is current:

Bronx father angry that judge received no punishment after conflict of interest complaint
Father-of-three Keith Williams says Judge La Tia Martin should have been punished for making a ruling in his divorce case, in which his ex-wife was represented by the judge’s husband.

And, doesn't this sound familiar:

"Keith Williams says he was stunned to receive a cryptic letter from the New York Commission on Judicial Conduct last week, thanking him for his concern about the judge and informing him that no further action was deemed necessary."

And their reasoning:

"The court’s administrative judge, Douglas McKeon, chalked up the alleged conflict to an oversight..."

How do you even react to this?

Anonymous said...

More cover up and BS from Rob T! This is a part of the Judges Protection Racket! La Tia Martin is corrupt and people know it but she and her crew are protected. Wonder who she is involved with? The next thing we'll see is that she will be nominated to the Supreme Court in Wash DC!

Anonymous said...

This witch La Tia Martin has caused a great many people major problems. Her and her husband are scaming everyone they can. Who is their godfather

Anonymous said...

La Tia Martin is the go to fixer in the divorce racket Her husband and her have done very well, they are still counting the money

Isn't "the Judicial Ethics Commission" an oxymoron?

If Jack Newfield was around and with the Village Voice La Tia Martin would be number one on his yearly list of the 10 worst Judges!

The Gov wants CORRUPTION because it's good for (his) business

Today's NYPost has an story calling for an ethics probe of Cuomo with regard to the Moreland Com that Cuomo put together in July 2013. It has been reported that Cuomo has 'interfered' with the Com. Cuomo wants to shut the Com. down. Why? Have they found something that bothers Cuomo? Is that why he wants the Com. to disappear? CORRUPTION is Cuomo's middle name.

today's papers talk about the US Atty for the SD going after corruption in Albany Go get them tiger!

Anonymous said...

This guy Preet Bharara has great PR but what happens, what are the results? Talk is cheap

Anonymous said...

Yeah, for starters why has Bharara never gone after even one of the Wall $treet Banksters? So what's the story? He and the DOJ have given these people a free pass. Who is getting paid off here? I don't trust anyone of these slugs.

Anonymous said...

The wealthy companies and individuals will get a "pass" on prosecution like they always do.

"Deferred Prosecution" the DOJ caved into money and influence. Don't expect anything new here it will just fade away as always.

More low hanging fruit.

Ruben Wills, Queens city councilman, busted as part of a corruption investigation: source
Attorney General Eric Schneiderman's office charged both the politician and his relative Jelani Mills. Although the charges are unspecified, they are likely tied to a 2012 probe into a $33,000 state grant that went unaccounted for after it was given to New York 4 Life, a non-profit tied to Wills.

And while he's at it, why doesn't the make some more rules to actually do their jobs.

Taking aim at debt vultures
N.Y.'s chief judge fights the good fight
NEW YORK DAILY NEWS Wednesday, May 7, 2014, 4:30 AM

"But Lippman is only doing what should have been done long ago — making sure, as best he can, that courts give average New Yorkers a fair shake."

So Judge Lippman assents to the truth that the Courts including Judges et al. have been screwing and ripping off the 'average New York' in what is called 'Pattern and Practice' - What criminal charges has Judge Lippman filed regarding these violations? Has he notified Federal people regarding these matters?

Bend over and grab your ankles if you think anything will ever change without bloodshed. This corrupt Judiciary will never give up the money.
When you go to Court make sure you bring some lube for your own ass because these scumbags are going to rape you anally unless you have the bribe money to pay them off.

The corruption has taken over so completely that without an armed revolt nothing will change.
