The latest filing was made by Luisa Esposito who says her former New York attorney, Allen H. Isaac, allegedly sexually abused her and wanted oral sex in exchange for his legal representation. And she has tape recordings to prove it.
Also troubling are the allegations of the "whitewashing" of her ethics complaint by the First Department Disciplinary Committee, the group who is supposed to oversee and discipline Manhattan and Bronx based attorneys who act unethically.
The startling allegations include an organized effort by individuals at the ethics committee to tamper with evidence to protect the once-politically connected attorney Isaac.
The latest filing again highlights the lack of oversight of New York's "Officers of the Court."
The first filing in Tammay Hall II - New York's Ethics Scandal was filed on October 26, 2007 (Anderson v. State of NY); the second action was dramatically filed December 12, 2007 (Bernstein v. State of NY), barely an hour before a court ordered hearing in the Anderson case, and which was presented to the presiding federal judge who voiced her understanding of the larger ethical issues before the court.
All three federal filings seek the appointment of a federal monitor over the state's ethical committees.

It thankfully appears that all of NYC'S FEDERAL COURT FILINGS ARE exploding up to WNY and will serve to bolster the major 2005 filing to be heard there! The NEW YEAR could not be any better...discovery happening this week in WNY, will inquire about the the fact that all three NYC cases are filed by female and minorities, as is the WNY CASE, and the treatment received by all, is oh so similar...abuse, lawyer mis-conduct, terrorization and or termination...the crux of these cases...no matter whether they are retaliation, discrimination, hostile environment or whistle blowing or just blowing! I repeat...OCA always leaves there mark of stupidty eveywhere...i just love how they believe they operate so uniquely. It shows you the mediocre legal minds that they hire, which includes the judiciary. Keep filing anyone who can!
Go for it Esposito..Kick Ass..They deserve it. I hope all of them rot in hell, and they get what they deserve.
I just got done reading Esposito's complaint, how could this be happening,this is sooooo corrupt. How do they expect to get away with this one?
Why aren't these people filing a class action lawsuit against these clowns, the more the merrier.It's time to clean house and start anew.
10-1 there will be more lawsuits filed. This will be THE scandal of 2008.
It's really a shame how these so-called lawyers are running the Court system and are so blantantly getting away with committing these crimes. It's time for the FEDS to take control.
On thing I have to say is, after reading these posted lawsuits. How are these creeps going to get away with anything now?
