Andrew Cuomo Stings More Corrupt Attorneys

Cuomo hits Albany lawyers for pension abuse
The Albany Times Union by RICK KARLIN - October 6, 2008

ALBANY -- Attorney General Andrew Cuomo released another set of settlements in pension abuses cases -- this time with Cornelia Cahill and John Sise. Cahill, who is married to Court of Claims Judge Richard Sise, was found to have been improperly enrolled in the state pension system when she was a lawyer with the Girvin & Ferlazzo law firm. She was listed as a labor specialist for the Hamilton Fulton Montgomery BOCES but didn't actually perform work there.
Cahill's brother-in-law John Sise, Cuomo found, also had improperly listed himself as a BOCES lawyer while at Girvin & Ferlazzo in order to circumvent a waiting period to get Siena College pension credits, as he was in the process of moving from the law firm to the college. The AG's Office should take a look at the Greenwald law firm in Chester New York, in Orange County. The racketerring, fraud and corruption by this firm and his founder Gary I. Greenwald has to be expose.

Saint Andrew only seeks settlements that let Plumadore and like scum get a slap on the wrist and continue their corruption. Saint Andrew somehow believes Satan will reward him in the afterlife.

anyone notice or hear if the Third Dept App Div Committee on allegedly "Professiona" Standards suspended these folks yet? or do these lawyers just get to buy their way out of the discipline? that is a nice option to have available.
