What surprises me with many of the comments made on all subjects pertaining to this website is the apparent over reliance of the FED to make things better.
truth is if the FED was doing their jobs we wouldn't be hoping they could fix what can't be broken - without drastic measures.

Senator Sampson is a stand up dude! It's just too bad that it wasn't the full committee, only a handful of Senator's came in and out. The next hearing in October should be held in Madison Square Garden, the room was too small yesterday.

and yes, Matrimonial, Divorce and Family Courts must be part of the examination as well and it is horrible to see and hear the stories of family devestation that have occurred out there but have Hope that these are important and positive steps in the right direction. Same goes for Foster Care abuses, DSS, ACS, CPS abuses and more.

I've faxed you my complete letter to Tembeckjian and to each individual member of the CJC on my "pending" matter before the CJC. I tried to be brief enough to allow others to tell their horrid court/judge/lawyer agonies unremedied by the CJC and by the Disciplinary Committees. As I tried to be brief, I took only the most recent complaint before Tembeckjian's Committee. There is so much more.

Was at the hearing and there were some folks that were watchers. I saw one person that was from a major NYC law firm. So you can be sure that this person wasn't the only one. So the law firms are getting nervous, that's a good thing.
Maybe the National guard should come in and sent these crooks to Wantanamo Bay!!!

Sen. Sampson made a comment about his interest in the Westchester Surrogate that I found interesting. He should look at Jody Kultz and her ability to acquire real property. IT'S A STEAL - KULTZ STEALS HOME FROM PEOPLE'S BONES AND IS SAFE! The HOUSE that Kultz built with a lot of help from her friends in the Westchester Surrogates' Court. The FOX is in charge of the Surrogate's Court picking the bones of the dead and the live flesh of the heirs. Wonder what else Jody Kultz,her husband (lawyer) and their friends have stolen. She and ALL her friends should be in JAIL forever. Believe this story is on this blog under "DASTARLY DEEDS." LOL

What the County Clerk in Westchester does ( Timothy C. Idoni, who by the way, is running for relection ) is to back date documents he receives.
So if an Order or Judgment has been given by a Judge, it may not be entered by him for weeks or longer. Obviously, this can be a huge problem (especially if you have a time limit to comply and then you can be arrested, which has happened.)

The alleged Judge involved in the Regina Felton matter should go to Jail immediately and not get out for a very long time. Wonder what this bum paid for his Judgeship?
