Counselors:
Greetings. Your presence is respectfully requested at the September 24, 2009 public hearing by New York State Senator Sampson, Chairman of the NYS Judiciary Committee. (See the Senate Notice Below). CLICK HERE to review the Transcript of the Committee's first hearing held on June 8, 2009 in Albany. (CLICK HERE TO SEE THE HEARING VIDEOS)
The hearing will be held on the 19th floor, in the "Senate Hearing Room," at 250 Broadway in Manhattan, across from City Hall. You will need ID to gain access to the building. If you get there early, be sure to visit City Hall Park, a lovely park containing a 13-foot statue of Nathan Hall. As you are aware, Nathan Hall's famous quote is, "I only regret that I have but one life to give my country," and he his widely regarded as an American hero who fought against tyrants. You may also want to visit the Tweed Courthouse, just north of City Hall, an architectural marvel and best known as the centerpiece of Old Boss Tweed's public corruption in the Tammany Hall scandal. If you need a list of good "watering holes" in the area, please contact the First Department Departmental Disciplinary Committee.

The Appellate Division of the Supreme Court is the entity that is legally responsible for enforcing the Rules of Professional Conduct governing the conduct of attorneys in New York State. The Appellate Division Departments have created grievance committees that are charged with the investigation of complaints against attorneys. Within the First Judicial Department the Departmental Disciplinary Committee of the Appellate Division investigates complaints against attorneys. The New York State Commission on Judicial Conduct was created by the State Constitution and is charged with investigating complaints against Judges and Justices of the Unified Court System.
According to the 2009 Report of the Commission on Judicial Conduct, there were 1,923 complaints filed in 2008. Yet of these complaints only 262 were investigated and of those, 173 were dismissed. I attended the Albany hearing, and I will be attending the Manhattan hearing as well. I applaud Senators Sampson, Perkins and DeFrancisco for their efforts. They are my heros!!
Will non-state employee Martin Gold allow DDC chief counsel Alan Friedberg to talk this time? Where's the invitation to Tembeckjian? His only excuse for not attending is that he's behind bars.
someone should ask Maziarz the directions to that biker bar, the one where no one would know who they were( with those shiny butt suits they wear) while they are staging their coup.......
someone please locate all light switches or better yet bring a flashlight!
I heard Cahill will be buying at lunchtime. Send him an invitation!
very useful.... a history lesson, and a chance to see justice against these corrupt bums.
I can't wait to meet Roy L. Rear-end..oops, I meant Roy Reardon..sorry typo..and the rest of the THUGS from the DDC..Will Sherri Cohen be there with her BROOM STICK and will Naomi Goldtein be there with her FIDDLE?
God Bless Senator Sampson, Lisa Lashley, Esq. Frank Brady and all the Victim's!!! Let's Kick A-- at this next meeting!!!
Has anyone contacted the newspapers and media to do stories about the upcoming hearings?
It would be better for them to run stories so that people know about these hearing and can attend, instead of learning about it only after they are finished.
Invite Cahill, Cohen, Sara Jo Hamilton.
Fridays is still a few blocks down the street.
Sampson should bring some of the investigators from the FBI . They are close by.
Integrity in Courts; You've invited the whole cabal of ethics lawyers. Perhaps the devil could provide refreshments, since they all work for him.
Every member of the DDC management staff, both legal and non-legal, within the past 5 yrs should be invited on the 24th--cameras should be rolling, FBI and NYPD should be present.
A lot of MONEY has been passed around at the DDC. The Feds's case is very easy to establish--they need to look at the ones in charge.
it is all about the money,
stop the money trail!
Dear Senator Maziarz,
If these proceedings are interrupted by your thugs,
I will expose every single one of your prostitutes, I will not in any way hold back from hurting anyone, you have protected, just by telling the truth, and I will use the help of every single one of your adversaries to expose you and your thugs!
sincerely,
buttbuster
I am trying to understand...
What is their purpose???
These Commissions, Panels, Agencies "KNOW" that violations are occurring in real time...
yet they do nothing to stop them...
They sit back and allow the damage...
In complete agreement with above poster....Sampson should be enlisting the FBI for hearings and investigations..... instead of continuously securing the known stories over and over again..knowing he cannot do anything about them...because he too is state paid, elected and obligated to the accused perpetrators!
This is giving false hope to damaged victims, already in severe distress from Sampson's friends' criminal antics.
Buttbuster...you get Maziarz and expose him fully....names and activities are the only methods that scare state officials.
Telling the truth and revealing the methods of their criminal obstruction will continue the fear these officials have of this blog.
Question... I read Judge Hart's testimony...
Can someone tell me the rule which was used to censure him for the improper ruling on eviction...
I didn't know that the Commission considered the ignoring of established law to be a violation.
Which in turn begs the question..
What happened to my Complaint???
So Waving Random Assignment.. and Not sending a case Re Assignment after ReCusal, and Failing to determine Motions in their proper Sequence, and Altering and or Creating Transcripts, and Concealing Orders, and Ordering the Sale of Marital Property without a lawful Judgment of Divorce, and.. and... and...
Mr. T... I believe you are a FRAUD!!
isn't it better to notify Maziarz adversiaries, so I do not get threatened again, besides he has made himself a lot of enemies just by following evil.......
his enemies are better men than he will ever be!
please Maziarz, I do not want to hear I am sorry, he should have turned them all in himself, if he was an honorable man!
They sit back and allow the damage
they allow this because many will get hurt, not just a few, that is why some panels will try to help a little but they can not do it all.........
it has been going on for so many decades too many are involved, they all use the system
like prostitutes with fungus attached!
I was at the ALbany hearings and watched the scumb*gs lawyers. Coming to NYC and I don't want to see any of those scumb*gs in the place. They all belong in JAIL. The DDC and CJC are both total shams to con the citizens.

Has anyone called the FBI and DOJ and asked them to attend?
Just a suggestion.
I just noticed Scott Weinberger's picture, has he been called?
I will make sure to send Scott Weinberger an invite!!!
Will be very interesting to see if Chief Attorney Marc Ochs currently Chief at the Committee on Standards of the Third Department will show?
There was testimony on June 8 at the hearings in Albany by attorney John Aretakis that Ochs and his crew were very active against Aretakis in the NYC area so will Ochs show in NYC for this Senate Hearing?
The inactions/coverups/neglect of office by Ochs in just one case involving Columbia, Rensselaer and Albany county seem enough for removal as Chief Attorney.
Anyone know if Sampson can make a Referral?
Where, oh where, will our Cuomo be
Oh where or where can he be
With his eyes so blind and his ears so closed,
Oh where or where will Cuomo be.
Look at the conclusions against Judge Hart..
Knowledge is Power..!!!!
http://www.scjc.state.ny.us/Determinations/H/hart_(2).htm
if our press were honorable, they should be interviewing all those invited in the above invitation on Septemeber 24 and ask why they are not attending and our FEDS should be standing by!!!!!!!
ooooo.....
one more...
http://www.scjc.state.ny.us/Determinations/H/hart.htm
Did anyone send this invite to the Washington people? Remember this whole mess is about who sleeps with who, who is going to do favors for who, where the money is.............
only outsiders can stop this madness and someone who is honorable and a Christian,
only a true Christian will tell evil to stick it, no matter what the outcome!
stop the money trail, stop the confidentiality of complaints!
simple...........
Can anyone state the name of a newspaper that has printed this hearing?
How about our Senators, Congressman, Legislature has anyone received notice from them?
Why wasn't this mandated to circulate and print?
Does our FBI have a Task Force for Public Corruption in each Judicial District? Have they been invited?
oh thats right your supposed to send complaints to
Attorney Grievance
CJC
DDC
Attorney General
Washington, somewhere....
can we name all the other places to report?
The FBI needs to be invited?
invite FBI make sure they bring cuffs & flashlights!
Atonement day is near!
invite FBI make sure they bring cuffs & flashlights!
Atonement day is near!
