Can anyone tell me why Bellacosta or Schack aren't the chief judge of NY instead of the Shelly lovin' hack Lippman? Hello, Dave Patterson. Earth to Dave: the court system is corrupt and in need of a leader, not a fool.

I'm glad to read some good news. I see the common element here as some judges as just simply doing the right thing. Sad that more of them don't follow their lead. Maybe you need a lot of courage as a judge in New York state to go against the corrupt machine. Take a dollar out of the pockets of any lawyer, especially when justified, means Shelton Silver and Robert Tembeckjian's boys are going after you.

The title should be ADMIRED JUDICIAL ACTS of 2009..... most of these judges to very good things.... not every one, however.

Is Sen. John Sampson going to talk to these judges?

Three of these judges are Federal and one is retired.

Out of all the judges in NY, you can only cite 4 who seem to be honest?

Q: Anyone have an opinion on retired Supreme Court Justice Sandra Day O'Connor's organization and campaign to do away with elected judges in the U.S.?

The NY Times had an article recently on this.

Pretty short list. A sorry, short list. What the hell are other judges doing... just keeping their heads in the sand?

To paraphrase Teddy Roosevelt about NY judges: In 9 out of 10 cases, they are better off dead and in the tenth case, don't ask too many questions.

who has the power to pull Lippman and replace him with the People's Choice?
We all know there are many more good judges and lawyers, they are all just stuck in a system that can be as corrupt as it gets!

we are at a perfect time for someone to hear our prayers, until changes are made, the Napoleons will continue to harm as many as they can and use the system to do it............

I forget my daily prayer......
