State Trooper wants Judge Corinne Klatt arrested.
State Police have applied for a warrant to arrest a Connecticut Superior Court Judge. Investigators want to file coercion and hindering a criminal investigation charges against Judge Corinne Klatt, according the Republican-American in Waterbury. Klatt presides in Bantam Superior Court. She has refused to sign an arrest warrant for a man in Salisbury accused of attacking another man who was communicating with his former girlfriend. The incident took place at the West Main Cafe in Salisbury. Klatt won't sign the warrant unless she also gets an arrest warrant application for the victim in the case, the paper reported. Salisbury Resident Trooper Mark Lauretano, who is investigating the original incident, says Klatt is breaking the law. "The fact that Judge Klatt is currently holding onto a valid arrest warrant for the accused and refusing to sign it until and unless she receives an arrest warrant for the victim is coercion and a violation of criminal law," Lauretano said in a statement. It is unclear why Klatt has declined to sign the arrest warrant.

Trooper says she insisted he act illegally
SALISBURY, CT — State police have applied for a warrant to arrest a Superior Court judge for coercion and hindering a police investigation of an assault in Salisbury in November. Judge Corinne L. Klatt declined to comment in Litchfield's Bantam Court on Wednesday, or say why she declined to sign an arrest warrant application for a Salisbury man singled out by police as the assailant in a fight at the West Main Cafe. Salisbury Resident Trooper Mark Lauretano submitted the warrant for Klatt's arrest. "The fact that Judge Klatt is currently holding onto a valid arrest warrant for the accused and refusing to sign it until and unless she receives an arrest warrant for the victim is coercion and a violation of criminal law," Lauretano said in a statement.

Now, that's the idea!
Just start arresting ALL of the judges in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut who don't have time to obey the law!
I demand the arrest of Justice John K, McGuirk form the New York State Supreme Court in Goshen New York County of Orange. This criminal needs to be charge with Kidnapping, selling children for sexual performances, case rigging, child endangerment, child sexual exploitation, trafficking of minors for sexual performances, conspiracy to committ a crime against a person, hate crime, bribery, should I go on? Where are the FEDS investigating this rat and sending him and his crew to jail.
Too bad the NY state police are still largely Spitzer/Bruno holdover gangster thugs..... you think they could go out tomorrow and arrest a few dozen NY judges. Just to make my week...
All arrest warrants are made upon oath or affirmation by Police or citizen as per the Constitution. The judge cannot issue a warrant without a supporting oath or affirmation or a Grand Jury indictment. Therefore the judge is engaged in unlawful criminal conduct.
It's about time! This is not new news. This thug has been out of control for a long time, he just got caught this time! Where is the admin Judge? Bet that if you look at his record going back 10 years other 'examples' like this will turn up. Start with locking him up!
See Today's Albany Times Union Video of Chief Judge Lippman whining about budget cuts:

Many comments at the article as well.
what do you do if the Police or citizen are lying and the judge knows it?
let us create more chaos in our courts, filing false instruments, more trials, more court, time more law suits!!!!!!!!
WHAT DO YOU DO WHEN THE POLICE ARE LYING AND THE JUDGE KNOWS IT ?????
JOIN THE N.R.A. !!!!!
KEEP POWDER DRY AND WAIT !!!
PAY NO FINES DO NO TIME AND NOTIFY THE WORLD
It's good that now even the cops are thinking that we have corrupt judges in this country. Maybe the corruption in our court system had to get this bad before it'll ever get better.
To April 6, 2011 10:35 AM..
If the Judge is aware of outside sources of "info", "lies" etc.,
"which causes her to "prejudge" the case",
shouldn't she recuse herself?
and then,
depending on the info,
refer it.. to the proper agency?
