Lawyer convicted for phony docs

Ex-Richmond lawyer guilty
A former Richmond lawyer was found guilty of obstruction of an official proceeding but acquitted on 12 other charges by a U.S. District Court jury Thursday. Bradley Douglas Wein, of Tucson, Ariz., faces up to 20 years in prison when sentenced on June 9, though sentencing guidelines are likely to call for a less prison time. U.S. District Judge Henry E. Hudson did not enter the lone guilty verdict pending his ruling on a motion from assistant federal public defender Mary Elizabeth Maguire to set aside the verdict. The motion will be argued in May. Wein was indicted last year on nine counts of mail fraud, and two counts of aggravated identity theft, obstruction of justice and obstruction of an official proceeding. The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board revoked Wein's license to practice law for failing to comply with the duties of a suspended attorney, which include notifying clients of his suspension. However, the jury, which began hearing the case on Tuesday, acquitted him of all but the last charge, which said that on Oct. 7 he gave his lawyers false documents which they filed in his case. Does anyone ever tell lawyers that it's no OK to file fraudulent documents? Under the theory of 'protecting the interests of their own client' they seem to think they can do whatever the hell they want- including lying and filing false papers.
This conduct of submitting false papers by lawyers is acceptable in NY courts and in the Appellate division review in NY.
In New York. It is the rule of law in Suffolk Courts.
My ex husband Michael R. Figat. He is allowed to file all of the Decisions in my cases.
This being one of the benefits of engaging in mortgage fraud with county officials lawyers etc.

I too have been subjected to the unethical practices of both Francine Moss and Judge McNulty. What is my recourse? Who can I turn to so that someone else doesn't experience what my family has? They have participated in serious misconduct and this needs to be addressed.
