Better than the DDC Sex Scandal, sort of

BREAKING STORY: If possible, we just might have something more outrageous than our Thursday, June 28, 2007, story about the Sex Scandal Cover-Up at the First Department's Ethics Committee (see June 28th story below).....Seems some people angry with the Kaye Scholer law firm are furious that Paul J. Curran, the Chairman of the Departmental Disciplinary Committee and a top Kaye Scholer attorney, is not named in the Anderson federal action. "Paul has a lot of explaining to do regarding the KPMG cover-up at the DDC," says one source.....This shocking story soon......

this is bad
the feds should have already anounced they are looking into things. No senator or political representative has come out asking for the feds to look into the problem. Years ago i called a few senators about problems i was hiving with Cahill and his crew.
They told me it was out of thier jurisdiction. If you look at the money they are getting from lawyers and law firms you know why it is out of thier jurisdiction.

KPMG is currently in the S.D. on the tax shelter business that involves Deutsche Bank & White & Case. Is this related?

In 2005, i contacted Rep. Thomas Reynolds of WNY , and his office outright refused to even inquire about the issue i had with the WNY judicial system. His phone people told me that Reynolds knows Administrative judge sharon townsend and he would never investigate her, besides he doesn't ever touch the judicial system. Since when does someone, whose salary i pay, not handle any matter his consituent has a vaid issue with...esp a violation of the constitution! No....politicians are as digusting as the NY JUDICIARY! This same politician, also was aware of a big sex scandle last year in Washington and chose to make a feeble report to "someone" and then ignore it. Politicians in Washington are just as corrupt, and be protecting those that will proscecute them in some future case and that could be one of their agendas!

Kaye Scholer - is that Judith Kaye's husband or a relative? They are all tied together behind the curtin. P.J. Curran is a heavy weight but what's his angle here? Hell, next thing they will do is roll out that legal whore Leo Melonis to chair a hearing, that's all we need.

KPMG paid $450 million to buy their way out of this tax shelter thing only to wind-up in the mess again. Somuch for attempt to buy your way out of things. KPMG, Duetsche Bank and White & Case are jammed good and proper on this one!

don't think that the firm Kaye Scholer has anything to do with Judge Judith Kaye.....somebody's wrong on that

There are quite a few other attorneys from prominent firms on the committee, are all of them also in this cover-up scandal with KPMG et al.?

let me tell you most or all of those other guys will not stand-up, it's all social, they don't want any waves

everyone goes along to get along, the Lone Ranger is dead

KPMG is in deep dodo, they may windup like Arthur Anderson or brokenup

Who cares, if these guys broke the law they should get what they deserve. They are not low level dope dealers on the street, they are educated high level wheelers and dealers. Stick it to them, they deserve it. Who do they think they are? How many of them will rollover on somebody? That's the way it is on the street.

Why would anyone want to defend judy kaye...she is responsible for EVERYTHING RELATED TO OCA....AND THAT MEANS ALL ITS CORRUpPTION.... Even if you think she is not related to someone, somehow or somewhere...if OCA is attached to it...kaye baby is responsible...ignorance of the law or job is not excusable. So her dear and loyal friend..tell her to pack her toothe brush!

KPMG & W&C were named as responsible in a swindle that brought down a big French Bank 4 - 5 yrs ago,- - - - - check it out man

kpmg, db, w&c et al. truly believe themselves to be omnipotent

These guys really think that they are above the law, that's what is wild. When that doesn't work, then they offer you a very good job when you leave the office.

This is a major scandal that will rank with the Tweed scandals

Anonymous said...

there are a great many people working overtime to cover-up this story

Anonymous said...

KPMG is jammed big time and rolling

Anonymous said...

this is shocking

Anonymous said...

just another cover-up, one of many!

Anonymous said...

OCA can work overtime all they want...they don't know who is watching them from behind the scenes. I hope the busy beavers (25) perform lots of coverups...better for those watching...they get bored just waiting around!

Kaye Scholer and all the other law firms of any importance have always had their trusted minions in place so that they can control this process, they had to protect themselves.

Anonymous said...

If this cover-up took place with KPMG, how many others have there been?

I got some good stuff for your blog and will Email it now.

The flood gate is open.

hope that the "good stuff" gets a few of these lawyers & judges in the can

Paul Curran called Tom Cahill about some assistants in the U.S. Attorney's Office, Tom prior to departing made sure it was buried

Anonymous said...

heard Tom Cahill's memory is fading, sure hope he remembers where he put all the cash

Anonymous said...

The 3 c's: Add Curran to the Cohen & Cahill mess. Paul knows better, and he should have spoken up years ago.

KPMG may find that the $450 +/- million payoff deal they made goes out the window. Then what? Whatever, it will be interesting to watch.
